摘要： In a shift device, as a result of a rotor cam being rotated in a positive direction, and transmitting surfaces of the rotor cam pressing rotation surfaces of an urging cylinder, the urging cylinder is rotated in the positive direction, and a lever is moved rotationally towards a front side. Here, in a case in which a load towards the rear side is applied to the lever, the rotation surfaces are rotated in an opposite direction relative to the transmitting surfaces. As a result, the load towards the rear side being applied to the lever can be released.

摘要： In a shift lever device, a drive motor is driven such that a second worm wheel is rotated in order to pivot a shift lever toward a P position side. When a detection device has detected that the shift lever is about to be pivoted to the P position, a stopper mechanism is actuated such that a link is moved. When the shift lever has been pivoted to the P position, the link is fitted into a stopper notch in the second worm wheel, thereby stopping rotation of the second worm wheel. This thereby enables the shift lever to be stopped appropriately at the P position.

摘要： In a shift device, operating projections of a rotor cam restrict movement of restricting plates of a click body toward a lower side. Due to movement of the click body toward the lower side being restricted, separating of click pins from concave portions is restricted, and rotation of a knob from a shift position is restricted. Therefore, by using the click body (the click pins) and a click surface (the concave portions), rotation of the knob from a shift position can be restricted, and rotation of the knob can be restricted by a simple structure.

摘要： A shift device includes a knob rotated to select a mode of a vehicle transmission. A rotary detent member is rotated to a rotation position corresponding to the selected transmission mode. The rotary detent member is coaxial with the knob. A connecting member connects the knob and the rotary detent member when located at the first position. The connecting member is disconnected from the knob when located at the second position. A motor rotates the connecting member and the rotary detent member. During a normal operation in which a certain condition is unsatisfied, a control circuit controls the motor to hold the connecting member at the first position. When the certain condition is satisfied, the control circuit controls the motor to move the connecting member to the second position and move the rotary detent member to a rotation position corresponding to a parking mode.
