    摘要: A thermoplastic acrylic resin is provided. The thermoplastic acrylic resin is a graft copolymer in which a stem polymer is an acrylic resin containing acrylonitrile and another ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and a branch polymer is a polymer composed of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer. The acrylonitrile is contained in an amount of 35 mass % or more and 84.5 mass % or less, the other ethylenically unsaturated monomer is contained in an amount of 15 mass % or more and 64.5 mass % or less, and the polymer composed of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer is contained in an amount of 0.5 mass % or more and 40 mass % or less. Thus, provided are a thermoplastic acrylic resin having improved melt-processability without compromising heat resistance, a method for producing the thermoplastic acrylic resin, a thermoplastic acrylic resin composition, a molded body, an acrylic fiber, and a method for producing the acrylic fiber.

    摘要: A pile fabric includes a long pile portion and a short pile portion. An average pile length of the long pile portion differs from an average pile length of the short pile portion by 2 mm or more. The long pile portion contains crimped polyester-based fibers in an amount of 60% by weight or more. The short pile portion contains crimped polyester-based fibers in an amount of 60% by weight or more. A crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the long pile portion is lower than a crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the short pile portion. The crimp removal temperature of the polyester-based fibers of the short pile portion is 90° C. or more and 120° C. or less. Each of the crimp removal temperatures indicates a minimum temperature that satisfies a specific relationship. A method for manufacturing the pile fabric is also provided.

    摘要: A porous membrane includes a modacrylic copolymer. The modacrylic copolymer includes, with respect to 100 parts by mass of all structural units constituting the modacrylic copolymer, 15 to 85 parts by mass of a structural unit derived from acrylonitrile, 15 to 85 parts by mass of a structural unit derived from at least one halogen-containing monomer selected from the group consisting of vinyl halide and vinylidene halide, and 0 to 10 parts by mass of a structural unit derived from a vinyl monomer having an ionic substituent. The porous membrane can be produced by preparing a modacrylic copolymer solution by dissolving the modacrylic copolymer in a solvent, and bringing the modacrylic copolymer solution into contact with a non-solvent for the modacrylic copolymer such that the modacrylic copolymer solution is solidified.

    摘要: A vinyl chloride-based copolymer porous body contains a vinyl chloride-based copolymer as the main component. The vinyl chloride-based copolymer porous body has continuous pores having a pore size of 0.1 to 40 μm, the pores have a skeletal diameter of 0.1 to 20 μm, and the vinyl chloride-based copolymer has a thickness of 1 mm or more. Such a vinyl chloride-based copolymer porous body can be produced by a production method including the steps of: heating and dissolving the vinyl chloride-based copolymer in a solvent to obtain a vinyl chloride-based copolymer solution; cooling the vinyl chloride-based copolymer solution to obtain a precipitated product; and separating and drying the product to obtain a porous body containing the vinyl chloride-based copolymer as the main component.
