摘要: The present application provides a docking device, a surgical holding device having such a docking device, and a method for connecting a surgical instrument to a holding arm of a surgical holding device. The docking device has a two-part adapter device connected at a proximal end to the holding arm and at a distal end to the surgical instrument, a first adapter with an elongated portion with a longitudinal axis and a connecting body present at a distal end of the first adapter, and a first engagement element with a terminal connection surface. The adapter device has a second adapter on the shaft of the surgical instrument and an engagement element facing the terminal connection surface in the docking situation. The terminal connection surface of the first adapter is inclined at a predetermined first angle in relation to its longitudinal axis, which is in a range from 30° to 90°.

摘要: The present application provides a passive holding device for handling a trocar and a modular surgical system. The passive holding device has a fastening device with a coupling portion. A pivoting mechanism is connected to the coupling portion via a rotary joint. The pivoting mechanism has two L-shaped branches arranged parallel to one another, each having a short leg that is connected to a long leg via a pivot joint. The short leg of the first branch is longer than the short leg of the second branch and is connected to the long leg via a rotary shaft. The trocar holder has a gripping device and has an instrument brake. A tilting brake is arranged at the coupling portion, operatively connected to the rotary joint, and a pivoting brake is arranged at the coupling portion operatively connected to at least one of the terminal pivot joints.

摘要: The present application provides a sensor-based surgery set and a method for determining the position of a holding device for a surgical instrument. The surgery set includes at least one holding device, an initialization station, and a number of sensors. The initialization station has a number of sensor slots, wherein each sensor is assigned to one sensor slot and wherein the initialization station is coupled to a storage unit in which initialization information is assigned to each sensor slot. A number of sensor slots are arranged on the holding device, wherein each sensor slot is assigned to one sensor slot of the initialization station. In an initialization arrangement, a specific number of sensors is in engagement with the sensor slots of the initialization station and are coupled to the storage unit for initialization and data transmission. In use, however, the sensors are in engagement with the sensor slots.

摘要: A system for holding an image display apparatus (60) for displaying an image captured by means of an image capturing apparatus (20) comprises a movable holding apparatus (70) for an alterable hold of the image display apparatus (60), a controllable drive device (72) for moving the holding apparatus (70), comprising a control signal input (74) for receiving a control signal, and a controller (40) comprising a signal input (42) for receiving a signal that represents an orientation or a change in the orientation of the viewing direction (28) of the image capturing apparatus (20) in space or that facilitates a determination of the orientation or the change in the orientation of the viewing direction (28) of the image capturing apparatus (20), and comprising a control signal output (47), couplable to the control signal input (74) of the controllable drive device (72), for providing a control signal for controlling the controllable drive device (72). The controller (40) is embodied and provided to control the controllable drive device (72) in such a way that, within a predetermined range of possible orientations of the viewing direction (28) of the image capturing apparatus (20) in space, the orientation of the image display apparatus (60) in space is a predetermined function of the orientation of the viewing direction (28) of the image capturing apparatus (20) in space.
