    摘要: A woodworking lathe adjustment structure includes a base having an axial slide trough thereon, a head unit and a tail unit disposed on the base. An adjustment block is provided between the head unit/the tail unit and the slide trough. The adjustment block includes a groove, a space adjustment bolt, and an adjustment bolt. The groove has a compelling hole therein. The compelling hole has a threaded section and a non-threaded section therein. The space adjustment bolt is screwed to the threaded section. The adjustment block is secured to the bottom of the head unit/the tail unit by fixing bolts, respectively, and inserted in the slide trough. When the space adjustment bolt passes the non-threaded section of the compelling hole, the sides of the groove will be deformed outward and curvedly to offset a gap which is caused by wear and tear of the adjustment block and the slide trough.

The adjustment seat has an accommodation hole which is provided with an elastic member, a movable member and a push knob. The movable member has an engaging hole. One side of the engaging hole is formed with a toothed portion. The threaded section of the micro adjustment rod passes through the engaging hole. One end of the movable member is inserted into the elastic member, and another end is connected with the push knob.

Two sides of the lower end of the foot stand are provided with first and second side seats having vertical rail grooves, respectively.     摘要: A central axis adjustment structure of a tailstock of a woodworking lathe is disclosed. The tailstock has a circular hole therein, a front opening and a rear opening at front and rear ends of the tailstock. An end surface of the front opening has at least one screw hole. A guide rod is disposed in the circular hole, and has a rear end extending out of the rear opening. A collar is fitted onto an axial connecting shaft that is inserted in the circular hole. The guide rod is insertedly connected to a rear end of the axial connecting shaft. The collar has at least one perforation corresponding to the screw hole. At least one bolt is inserted through the perforation and screwed to the screw hole so that the collar is locked to the front end of the tailstock. A first annular gap is defined between the guide rod and the rear opening of the tailstock. A second annular gap is defined between the axial connecting shaft and the front opening of the tailstock. A third annular gap is defined between the bolt and the perforation of the collar.

The screw seat includes an upper screw sleeve, a lower screw sleeve, an upper thrust bearing, a lower thrust bearing, and a spring. The lower screw sleeve is rotatable in the pivot hole through the upper thrust bearing and the lower thrust bearing. The spring is located between the upper screw sleeve and the lower screw sleeve. Two screws pass through the upper screw seat and are screwed to the lower screw seat, respectively.
