    摘要: A cast iron brake caliper of a disc brake, includes a caliper back and caliper head. connected to the caliper back via tension struts arranged parallel and spaced apart from one another. The caliper head has a housing surrounding an accommodation chamber for functional parts and, separate from and adjacent to the housing, an integrally molded, protruding connector, which accommodates a bearing bore for a fixed bearing, and is connected to the housing by way of an integrally molded rib. The brake caliper is designed such that the rib is guided across the connector up to and into an outer edge region of the caliper head.

    摘要: An adjusting device is disclosed for adjusting friction surface wear on brake linings and a brake disk of a disk brake. The adjusting device is couplable to a brake application device on the drive side, and to a spindle unit of the disk brake on the output side. The adjusting device includes a drive element on both sides of which a rolling element assembly is axially arranged; a pressure element; an output element coupled to the pressure element for coupling to a coupling wheel; an energy storage element; and a support body, one end of which is connected to a bearing plate and around which the drive element, the rolling element assemblies, the output element and the energy storage element are arranged axially in series with the bearing plate. The energy storage element is arranged between a bearing portion of the support body and the pressure element.

    摘要: A disc brake, preferably actuated by compressed air, for a motor vehicle, has a brake caliper which has a brake application section with a brake application device with a rotary brake lever, at least one wear adjusting device for adjusting wear of brake pads, and a brake disc with a synchronization unit which includes an adjusting device, a drive device and a synchronizer. The adjusting device and the drive unit are inserted in each case into a threaded plunger of a spindle unit and are attached by way of a mounting arrangement on a bearing wall of the brake application section of the brake caliper. The synchronization unit is installed with the adjusting device and the drive device as a preassembled group into the brake application section of the brake caliper, wherein the synchronizer is arranged in the region of the mounting arrangements on the bearing wall within the brake application section. A method for installing a synchronization unit is provided.
