摘要: The present invention relates to a method of preparing non-woven fabric for base cloth of carpet, which has an improved fixability of BCF yarn inserted on a base cloth in a tufting process by crimp processing a web with a stretched polyester filament and needle punching the web. The residual stress of the stretched polyester filament is eliminated and the formability of the non-woven fabric for base cloth of carpet is improved, and the fixability of the BCF yarn in the carpet can be improved by interlacing of polyester filament.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a nonwoven fabric that improves filtration performance when applied as a filter material. By adjusting the modification ratio of the Y-shaped cross-section of polyester filaments constituting the nonwoven fabric, when applied to a filter by increasing a specific surface area of the nonwoven fabric, it increases the collection amount of the materials to be filtered and maintains a low differential pressure, thus enabling long-term use.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for preparing a non-woven fabric which improves impregnation and release properties of a fabric softener in the non-woven fabric in order to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet (sheet-type fabric softener). When increasing porosity and specific surface area in a non-woven fabric made of two-component blended polyester long fibers, impregnation and release rate of a fabric softener are improved even when the non-woven fabric is lightened, making it possible to apply the non-woven fabric to a dryer sheet.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a nonwoven fabric having enhanced withdrawal force for a carpet backing fabric, which is composed of a nonwoven fabric comprising 50 to 90% by weight of polyester filaments having a melting point of 250° C. or higher and 10 to 50% by weight of low-melting point copolyester filaments having a melting point of 200° C. or lower. According to the present disclosure, a nonwoven fabric comprising low-melting point polyester fibers is used as a backing fabric and the thickness of the backing fabric is controlled, so that the withdrawal force of carpets is enhanced, thereby suppressing the falling out of BCF yarns from the carpet.
