摘要: The production of bicomponent polymer fibers may be enhanced to provide greater bulk in bulk continuous filaments by creating differential stresses in the extruded combined melt and using those differential stresses to increase crimps, twists, and rotations thereby providing greater bulk. In one of many possible embodiments, these differential stresses may be formed by combining polymer compositions having different properties, or during the extrusion of the combined polymer melt from the spinneret, or by environmentally treating the melt spun bicomponent filament. The inventions disclosed and taught herein may be applied to the production of all types of bicomponent polymer fibers including, and without limitation, side-by-side and core and sheath extrusions.

摘要: A porous ultra-soft ultra-fine denier polyester fiber and preparation method. The modified polyester is spun with a porous spinneret to produce the porous ultra-soft ultra-fine denier polyester fiber, and the spinneret holes on the porous spinneret are arranged in an elliptical arrangement. The porous ultra-soft ultra-fine denier polyester fiber is obtained by metering, extruding, cooling, oiling and high-speed winding the modified polyester chips. The preparation method of modified polyester is as follows: terephthalic acid reacts with ethylene glycol to produce ethylene terephthalate. The modified polyester is obtained by the reaction of terephthalic acid with branched diol. The fiber of the invention has good properties and the deviation rate of fiber density. The deviation rate of fiber density is ≤0.5%, the CV value of breaking strength is ≤4.0%, the CV value of elongation at break is ≤8.0%, the CV value of yarn unevenness is ≤2.0%.

摘要: The present invention relates to a monofilament with a segmented pie structure formed by conjugated spinning of degradable polymers and non-degradable polymers, a hernia mesh having improved flexibility and biocompatibility, and a preparation method of the monofilament. More specifically, the hernia mesh of the present invention having improved flexibility and biocompatibility is prepared using the monofilament obtained by conjugated spinning of degradable polymers and non-degradable polymers into a segmented pie form, to control it to be gradually degraded in the body, whereby the stiffness of the early stage is removed, and thereby the foreign body sensation is also removed.

摘要: A polyphenylene sulfide monofilament is characterized by having a continuous heat-shrinking stress variation of at most 5% and a size uniformity (U %, Normal value) of at most 1.2%; and a drum-shaped fiber package includes the wound polyphenylene sulfide monofilament described. The polyphenylene sulfide monofilament has a very small aperture variation rate and is optimal for high-precision filters.
