Abstract: A display device includes: a display substrate; a light amount control layer on the display substrate; a first polarizer on the light amount control layer; and a color conversion layer on the first polarizer. The color conversion layer includes a phosphor, the phosphor includes a quantum dot, the quantum dot including: a core; a first shell surrounding the core; and a second shell surrounding the first shell, and the quantum dot has a diameter ranging from about 2 nm to about 32 nm.

Abstract: A method for synthesizing a graphene pattern is provided. According to the method, a catalyst block including a catalyst material is physically adhered to a portion of a growth substrate to form an interface between the catalyst block and the growth substrate. A graphene thin film is formed selectively at the interface between the catalyst block and the growth substrate in an atmosphere including a carbon source and a growth inhibitor.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a quantum dot, the method including preparing a CdS/CdSe/CdS quantum dot that includes a CdS-containing first core, a CdSe-containing second core, and a CdS-containing shell; forming a Cu2S/Cu2Se/Cu2S quantum dot by injecting the CdS/CdSe/CdS quantum dot into a solution containing a Cu precursor; and forming a ZnS/ZnSe/ZnS quantum dot by injecting the Cu2S/Cu2Se/Cu2S quantum dot into a solution containing a Zn precursor.
