Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for designing an optimized mutant protein sequence using amino acid co-evolutionary information. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for searching a protein having a novel mutant sequence with improved expression level, water solubility, stability, and functionality, while maintaining the original function of the protein, using amino acid co-evolutionary information and information on protein tertiary structure.
