Abstract:
A method for forming plastic preforms into plastic bottles, wherein the plastic preforms are transported along a predefined transport path by a transport device in a plurality of forming stations arranged on the transport device, and at least at times during the transport, bombarded with a fluid medium for their expansion, wherein the plastic preforms in a first method step are bombarded by the fluid medium at a first pressure (p1) and in a further method step, temporally following the first method step, bombarded with the fluid medium at a second pressure (p2), wherein the second pressure (p2) is higher than the first pressure (p1). At least at times during the bombardment of the plastic preforms at the first pressure (p1), a volume flow of the fluid medium entering the container is increased.
Abstract:
A method of after-cooling of the bases of blown out containers, wherein after the transfer of the blown out containers from a blow molding machine to a run-out star wheel which directly follows the blow molding machine along a conveying direction of the containers a cooling of the bases of the containers is carried out by at least one apparatus for cooling the bases. The cooling of the bases of the containers starts immediately during a time interval of at least 0.1 seconds and at most 2 seconds after a pressure release of the containers by the blow molding machine after the blowing out.

Abstract:
A blow mould for producing plastic containers comprises at least two blow mould parts and a hollow space formed from the at least two blow mould parts at which plastic parisons are transformed by an application of a flowable medium to the plastic containers. The hollow space includes an interior wall that has a contour which produces a predetermined configuration of the plastic containers. A first portion of at least two blow mould parts produces a bottom of the plastic containers. A second portion of the at least two blow mould parts has an opening region for discharging a gaseous medium during an expansion process of the plastic containers. The opening region extends along a first line and a second line, wherein the first and second lines run at least in some sections of the blow mould at an angle different from 0° relative to one another.

Abstract:
A method for the shaping of plastics material pre-forms into plastics material containers, wherein the plastics material pre-forms are introduced into a blow mould and are expanded to form the plastic bottles by being acted upon with a gaseous medium in the blow mould, includes the steps of: preliminary blow moulding by acting upon the plastics material pre-forms with a first pressure; intermediate blow moulding of the plastics material pre-forms at a second pressure which is higher than the first pressure; and final blow moulding of the plastics material pre-forms at a third pressure which is higher than the second pressure, wherein at least the second pressure is varied during a working operation.
