    Abstract: Provided is a device for measuring the concentration of a dissolved component, whereby the concentration of a plurality of types of dissolved components in water can be measured easily and with good precision. A device for measuring the concentration of a dissolved component has: a cell assembly 3 in which a plurality of cells 1 are connected by a joint member 2 and integrated, and a measurement reagent is accommodated in each of the cells 1; and a measuring main body 5 having a measurement unit (light-emitting element 8 and light-receiving element 9) for measuring transmittance and absorbance, the cells 1 of the cell assembly 3 being inserted into the measurement unit. A cap 4 is detachably mounted to each cell 1.

    Abstract: A facility management system quickly creates information required for maintenance or the like of a water treatment facility, after water is sampled at the water treatment facility. The facility management system includes a management center including an operation database in which information indicating an operating status of a water treatment facility is stored, a portable water quality analyzer configured to perform water quality analysis on water taken from the water treatment facility, and a communication apparatus configured to acquire an analysis result from the portable water quality analyzer and wirelessly transmit the analysis result. The management center receives the analysis result transmitted from the communication apparatus, creates information indicating the operating status of the water treatment facility, by using the analysis result, and registers the information in the operation database.

    Abstract: Provided are a concentration-factor measurement device and method for accurately calculating a concentration factor of circulating water, and a method for measuring a water-quality index value of the circulating water. The concentration-factor measurement device includes a light-absorbance measurement unit (1) for measuring absorbance by irradiating each of cells (12A-12C) with light, and an electrode measurement unit (2) equipped with electrodes (16, 17) that are inserted into a water sample in a container (20). For each item of water quality, the device calculates a concentration factor on the basis of a measured value measured when the water sample (W) is the circulating water, and a measured value measured when the water sample (W) is makeup water. A plurality of concentration factors are calculated on the basis of the measured values for plural items of water quality. Hence an accurate concentration factor can be obtained.
