Abstract: A circuit board includes a first conductor, a second conductor, a transmission line, a first dielectric layer, and a second dielectric layer. The transmission line is disposed between the first conductor and the second conductor. The first dielectric layer is disposed between the first conductor and the transmission line. The first dielectric layer includes at least one first dielectric. The second dielectric layer is disposed between the second conductor and the transmission line. The second dielectric layer includes at least one second dielectric. The second dielectric layer is thicker than the first dielectric layer. The permittivity and/or the dielectric dissipation factor of the first dielectric is smaller than the permittivity and/or the dielectric dissipation factor of the second dielectric.

Abstract: An electronic device includes a transmission antenna, a reception antenna, a cover part, and a signal processor. The transmission antenna is configured to transmit a transmission wave. The control unit establishes reference regions non-contiguously in a distance direction and a relative velocity direction with respect to a test region in a two-dimensional distribution of signal intensities based on the reception signal in the distance direction and the relative velocity direction. The control unit sets a threshold for use in detection of the target, based on an order statistic among the signal intensities in the reference regions.
