An electronic apparatus is configured to, in a period from returning from an energy-saving mode to determining to change to the energy-saving mode, capture screenshot data every time the first controller circuit detects input from a user into the input device, the screenshot data being data of a screen displayed on the first display device, determine an error code, the error code identifying an error that occurred in the period, and generate a screenshot log and store the screenshot log in the first storage device, the screenshot log including a series of the screenshot data in the period and the error code identifying the error that occurred in the period, receive the screenshot log send request from the error solution information provider apparatus, and then send the screenshot log stored in the first storage device to the error solution information provider apparatus.
Abstract:
Provided is a mobile terminal device that can prevent print data from being erased due to a battery exhaustion. This mobile terminal device have a battery as a power source, constructs print data (PD) from print target data stored in a volatile storage part to transmit to an image forming apparatus (IFA), and causes the IFA to execute printing of the PD. The mobile terminal device includes a non-volatile storage part, a battery residual amount detection part configured to detect a residual amount of the battery, and a print allowance/disallowance determination part configured to store, pursuant to a determination thereof, the PD in the non-volatile storage prior to a transmission of the print data based on the residual amount of the battery detected by the battery residual amount detection part, that no power required for transmitting the PD is ensured.

A server apparatus includes a controller circuit configured to obtain a use time period and a use amount of each of multiple client apparatuses, calculate a use percentage of each of the multiple client apparatuses of each use time period on a basis of the use amount, determine a recommended time period on a basis of the use percentage of each of the multiple client apparatuses, the recommended time period being a time period in which a largest number of client apparatuses are to be maintained, and specify the largest number of client apparatuses to be maintained during the recommended time period.

Provided is a mobile terminal including a battery residual quantity detecting part that is configured to detect a battery residual quantity of the battery, and a remote control operation processing part that is configured to cause the data conversion part to create monochrome print data by converting the color print data into the monochrome data when it is determined that transmission of the color print data cannot successfully be completed based on the battery residual quantity detected by the battery residual quantity detecting part and data volume of the color print data, and to transmit the created monochrome print data to the image forming apparatus.
