A cushion member includes a tubular cushion and an inner cushion. The tubular cushion is in a tubular form having a tubular axis extending in a first direction. The tubular cushion makes contact with an article to be packed from one side in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The tubular cushion deforms to damp a first impact applied from the second direction. The inner cushion is disposed in the internal space of the tubular cushion. The inner cushion deforms to damp a second impact when, after the first impact, with the tubular cushion deformed, the second impact is applied from the second direction. The lateral direction of a cardboard sheet constituting the inner cushion is the second direction.

A packaging case includes a rectangular bottom plate, a pair of first lateral plates, a second lateral plate, a top plate, and a pair of third lateral plates. The pair of first lateral plates is connected, each via a first crease line, to two opposed sides of the bottom plate and each has an L-shaped first engagement groove. The pair of third lateral plates is connected, each via a fourth crease line, to two sides of the top plate parallel to the first lateral plates and each has an L-shaped second engagement groove bent oppositely to a bending direction of the first engagement groove in a state where the third lateral plates overlap the first lateral plates. When the second engagement groove is engaged with the first engagement groove, the first lateral plates and the third lateral plates are connected while alternately intersecting each other in thickness directions thereof.

The spiral blade includes a start end-side blade adjacent to a bearing positioned at a start end part side in a toner conveyance path, a terminal-side blade adjacent to a bearing positioned at a terminal part side, and an intermediate blade. A toner discharge port is provided between the intermediate blade and the terminal-side blade. A spiral winding direction of the terminal-side blade is opposite to that of the intermediate blade, a spiral winding direction of the start end-side blade is equal to that of the intermediate blade, and a blade diameter of the start end-side blade and a blade diameter of the terminal-side blade are smaller than that of the intermediate blade.

The separating member is movable between a separating position where the separating member is in contact with the heating member or faces the heating member and a cleaning position separated away from the heating member farther than the separating position. The restricting piece restricts the movement of the separating member under a state where the pressing member is at the first position and permits the movement of the separating member under a state where the pressing member is at the second position.

The shock distribution plate has such rigidity as not to deform against shock from the cushioning member.

A induction heating unit is configured to inductively heat a heating member being rotated in a predetermined rotating direction by magnetic flux. The induction heating unit includes a housing, a magnetic flux generating source, a core member and a securing member. The magnetic flux generating source is fixed to the housing so as to extend in a sheet width direction intersecting the rotating direction and is configured to generate the magnetic flux. The core member is made of magnetic material, is secured to the housing and is configured so as to make a magnetic path through which the magnetic flux passes. The securing member is made of thermal contraction material and is contracted by being heated at predetermined temperature to secure the core member to the housing.
