摘要: A blocking module is used for blocking at least an object from passing through a rail. The blocking module includes a linkage member and a blocking member. The linkage member has a first end and a second end, and there is a buffering space at a side of the first end. The blocking member has a pivoting end and a free end, in which the pivoting end is pivoted at the second end and the free end hangs down under the pivoting end due to gravity. When the free end of the blocking member leans against on the object on the rail, the object applies a counterforce onto the blocking member so as to drive the first end of the linkage member to move towards the buffering space. The invention also discloses a multi-function printer.

摘要: A blocking module is used for blocking at least an object from passing through a rail. The blocking module includes a linkage member and a blocking member. The linkage member has a first end and a second end, and there is a buffering space at a side of the first end. The blocking member has a pivoting end and a free end, in which the pivoting end is pivoted at the second end and the free end hangs down under the pivoting end due to gravity. 摘要: A stopping device and a multi-function peripheral (MFP) using the same are provided. The stopping device disposed in a track having a recess includes a driving unit, a forcing unit, a first restricting point, a second restricting point, a rotating unit, and a stopping unit. The forcing unit has a pivoting portion pivoted with the driving unit and a forcing portion. The forcing portion is located between the first restricting point and the second restricting point aligned in a perpendicular direction. The rotating unit has a rotating axle, and a first end and a second end located at two opposite sides of the rotating axle. The forcing portion of the forcing unit contacts the first end. The stopping unit has a third end and a fourth end. The third end has an opening, through which the second end of the rotating unit passes.

摘要: A method of compressing an image is provided by saving compressed color components into temporary buffers. In different time slots, compressed color components are stored in different temporary buffer. When data in the temporary buffers reach a predetermined size, data are moved to a second buffer larger than the temporary buffers. When the second buffer stores a predetermined amount of data, data are moved to an external memory.

摘要: A paper-feeding device and a multi-function printer (MFP) using the paper-feeding device are provided. The MFP includes a housing with the paper-feeding device installed thereon. The paper-feeding device includes an outer case, an inner case and a retainer. The outer case has first side-walls, openings and slots, in which each opening and each slot on the opening are correspondingly disposed on each first side-wall. The inner case is located beside the first side-walls of the outer case and has a second side-wall. The second side-wall has a position-limiting rib protruding towards the first side-walls. The retainer is located between the first side-walls and has a body, a protrusion and a pivot, in which the protrusion is disposed at a top-portion of the body and correspondingly located in the slots, and the pivot is located between the protrusion and a retaining-portion of the body and correspondingly locked in the openings.

The paper feeding device includes a frame, a top cover, a set of gear chains, a power unit and a set of driving gears. The set of gear chains and the power unit are disposed on a side of the frame. The set of driving gears is disposed on the top cover. When the top cover is closed relatively to the frame, the set of driving gears interferes with the power unit, and the power unit provides a power to enable the set of driving gears to rotate, so as to drive the set of gear chains. When the top cover is opened relatively to the frame, the set of driving gears releases interference with the power unit and the set of gear chains, and the set of gear chains is at a free rotation status.

摘要: Disclosed is an adjustable fixing device of a CCD plate comprising at least a central supporter and a mask device. The central supporter is made of non-transparency material. The mask device and the central supporter are approximately combined by a supporting device. The mask device and the central supporter are moved with respect to one another in a traveling range. An adhesive agent is filled to the place between the mask device and the central supporter for combining the mask device and the central supporter in a fixing position in the traveling range. Thereby, the central supporter is made of non-transparency material without needing to be performed with light shield process or installed with light shield element for effectively reducing cost. A preferred guiding structure is formed between the central supporter and the mask device for guiding the central supporter and the mask device so that they may move steadily. A larger adhesive area is formed between the central supporter and the mask device so that the central supporter and the mask device are more steadily combined.
