摘要: When update information with respect to a first database or a second database is received, a database update control apparatus updates the first database or the second database on the basis of the update information. When updating the first database or the second database, the database update control apparatus associates pre-update data with an identifier that is added to the update information and retains them for each database. The database update control apparatus extracts, for each database from among the retained identifiers, an identifier that indicates the latest update information and specifies, from the extracted identifiers, an identifier that is the oldest updated identifier. The database update control apparatus reflects pre-update data associated with an identifier that is newer than that specified in a corresponding database out of the first database and the second database.

摘要: A fixing assembly is adapted to be secured to a workpiece with a fastener that is struck out from a nose part of a nailer. The fixing assembly includes a fixing formed with an insertion hole through which the fastener is to be inserted, and a guide member. The guide member includes a base part fixed to the insertion hole, and a guide part adapted to be elastically engaged with the nose part. An outer diameter of a distal end portion of the guide part is larger than an inner diameter of the nose part.

摘要: The present invention suppresses the generation of a leak current that accompanies the polarity inversion of the voltage waveform of the opposing electrode. The display device that performs display by sequentially scanning a plurality of scan signal lines in a single cycle period comprises: a plurality of data signal lines that intersect the scan signal lines; a pixel electrode that is connected to the data signal lines; and an opposing electrode that is disposed opposite the pixel electrode and for which the polarity of an application voltage is inverted in each of the cycle periods. The cycle period includes a scan period in which one full scan of the scan signal lines is performed and a non-scan period in which the scan signal lines are not scanned. In the non-scan period, the absolute value across the gate and drain is held at or above a predetermined value and the decrease in a voltage difference between a pixel potential and a gate OFF potential caused by the polarity inversion of the application voltage to the opposing electrode is reduced. In a non-scan period, the polarity of the voltage applied to the opposing electrode is fixed at either polarity irrespective of the polarity inversion of the voltage of the opposing electrode in each cycle period.

摘要: Deterioration of a fuel cell is accurately determined within a short period of time by the steps of: (a) detecting an output power P of a fuel cell; (b) detecting a peak of the output power P after a startup of the fuel cell; (c) calculating a decrease rate D of the output power P after the peak of the output power P; (d) comparing the calculated decrease rate D with a reference decrease rate Dref; and (e) determining deterioration of the fuel cell based on a comparison result of the step (d).

摘要: The amount of fuel supplied to a fuel cell is set to a second set value Qm2 smaller than a first set value Qm1 determined based on a load. Then, an output current Ifcr of the fuel cell with the fuel supply amount set to the second set value Qm2 is detected. The output current Ifcr is compared with a reference value Iref for determining mild deterioration to determine whether the fuel cell has deteriorated from the comparison result. If a determination that the fuel cell has deteriorated is made, the fuel supply amount is reset to a third set value Qm3 larger than the second set value Qm2.
