摘要: An access system for endoscopic operations includes of a trocar, a cover that is fittable on the trocar and at least one spreading element having a retaining portion and an effector portion, wherein the access system has, between the trocar and the cover in the fitted state, a receiving region for the retaining portion of the at least one spreading element. Furthermore, the access system can include an extraction bag which is expanded by the effector portion of the at least one spreading element.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a medical instrument for minimally invasive tissue ablation by means of an HF electrode, with a hollow shaft, wherein the HF electrode is electrically insulated from the hollow shaft, is arranged at a distal end of the latter and, in order to ablate tissue, protrudes axially beyond the hollow shaft at least in part. The angle orientation of the HF electrode relative to the hollow shaft is adjustable in a controlled manner to a working position in which the HF electrode, protrudes radially beyond an outer circumference of the hollow shaft in order to ablate tissue. In the working position, by means of suitable adjustment of the shaft and of the HF electrode, a position can always be found in which the distal end of the HF electrode sufficiently reaches or touches tissue portions that are to be ablated in the region of the bladder neck.

摘要: A medical instrument for diagnostic, therapeutic, or surgical measures in a cavity in the body of a patient may include a proximal region, which is provided and designed for arrangement outside the body, a distal region, which is provided and designed for arrangement inside a cavity in the body, a supply structure for delivering a fluid to the cavity, wherein the supply structure reaches from a first coupling in the proximal region of the medical instrument to an outlet in the distal region, and a discharge structure for discharging a fluid from the cavity, wherein the discharge structure reaches from an inlet in the distal region of the medical instrument to a second coupling in the proximal region of the medical instrument. The flow resistance of the supply structure is greater than the flow resistance of the discharge structure.
