    摘要: A proportional pressure control valve is described capable of serving as a pilot, servo or direct control valve and having a pressure reducing function and a pressure maintaining function. The valve is comprised essentially of a valve housing (2) with inlet and outlet ports (4, 5, 6), a control element (7), an armature rod (8) and a proportional magnet (3). The proportional magnet (3) is an assembly of a magnet core (10), a magnet armature (11) and a magnet coil (12), whereby the proportional magnet (3) when in its range of operation possesses a nearly constant magnetic strength. In accord with the invention, when in a holding position of the magnetic armature (11) the smallest possible gap (13) exists between the magnet armature (11) and the magnet core (10). This gap is so dimensioned that the magnetic force between the two said components (10, 11) in the holding position is greater than the magnetic force in the operational area of the proportional magnet (3) and that the magnetic armature (11) can be made fixed in position by this said magnetic force.

    摘要: The present invention concerns a method and a device for machine diagnosis and, in particular, for transmission diagnosis in a machine or motor vehicle. The measurement system, according to the invention, comprises a coil (2) wound on a coil core (11), on the surface of which ferritic wear particles (3) to be detected accumulate. Opposite the coil (2) a rotating toothed wheel (6) is arranged which influences the inductance of the coil (2). The output signal of the coil (2) is pulsed with a constant amplitude, the pulse frequency depends on the rotation speed of the toothed wheel (6). Deviations of the amplitude are attributable to the accumulation of ferritic wear particles (3) on the coil (2) and therefore provide a measurement of the condition of the machine or transmission.

    摘要: A method and device for actuating a shifting arrangement with electric actuators of a transmission control of a motor vehicle. The method includes determining a total current of the shifting arrangement available at a point in time, detecting shift requests of shift elements and compared these with the total available current. Shift requests are then tested according to preset priorities and the sequentially performed according to the priority test. The method avoids exceeding a preset allowed current load, when the requested shifts would exceed the total available current. If the total available current would not be exceeded by the requested shifts, the requests are carried out. A device is also provided in the shifting arrangement which has control and detection mechanisms that monitor current and control the current flow.
