Abstract:
A housing (1) with at least one electrical connection (7) through a housing wall (4) can be manufactured especially economically and can facilitate an especially economical lacing of electronic components (2, 13) present on the interior and on the exterior of the housing (1). The electrical connection (7) is enclosed by a housing material and additionally sealed by a sealing material (6). The sealing material (6) also advantageously serves to seal a top (3) and a bottom (5) to the housing wall (4). Through the combination of the casing of the electrical connection (7) of the housing (1) and the sealing material (6), this arrangement is, moreover, especially impervious to oil or other aggressive media.
Abstract:
An electronic circuit arrangement includes a heat sink and a first circuit carrier which is thermally coupled to the heat sink, lies flat on the latter and is intended to wire electronic components of the circuit arrangement. Provided for at least one electronic component is a special arrangement which is associated with a considerably increased heat dissipation capability for the relevant component and, in addition, also affords further advantages in connection with changes in the population and/or line routing which might occur in practice. The important factor for this is that the component is arranged under a second circuit carrier which is held in a recess in the first circuit carrier. The recess passes through to the top side of the heat sink.
Abstract:
A mechatronics control module (14) includes an electronic control unit (16) having a flex foil circuit (34) with a multiple of mounted electronic components including sensors (24) which sense the hydraulic state of the transmission clutch or other frictional engagement elements within the transmission system (10.) Multiple mounting arrangements are provided which increase the mounting area to provide for the mounting of the mechatronics control module (14) within the transmission case (12.)
Abstract:
A housing comprising at least one electrical connection through a housing wall that is particularly inexpensive to produce and allows the electronic components located on the internal face and the external face of the housing to be attached in a particularly variable manner. The electrical connection is directly surrounded by housing material while being additionally sealed by means of sealing material. The inventive housing seal is provided with a profiled seal encompassing at least two sealing lips. The sealing material is additionally used for sealing the cover and/or the bottom relative to the housing wall. The arrangement is also particularly well protected against oil and other aggressive media as a combination of housing material and sealing material is used for surrounding the electrical connection.

Abstract:
The electronic-hydraulic transmission control module has a hydraulic plate, an electronic control unit, and a sensor. The sensor is caulked into a wall of an opening in the hydraulic plate forming a plastic deformation.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a housing block into which a piston pump is inserted. For sealing off and fixing a cylinder of the piston pump in the housing block, the cylinder is provided with a radially outward-protruding annular shoulder, which when the cylinder is press-fitted in the housing block displaces material of the housing block and deforms the housing block plastically radially inward until material rests sealingly on the cylinder and fixes the cylinder in the housing block. The invention makes it possible to accomplish securing and sealing in one operation in an economical way, without requiring additional securing means and economizing on one high-pressure-proof sealing ring.
