Abstract: Various embodiments are described herein for methods, devices and systems for providing power supply to an electrical load within a facility, which is connected to a power network to perform load displacement. The power management system includes a controller coupled to an electrical panel for controlling the operation of the electrical load, the controller being configured to determine a target power amount to be provided to the electrical load based on peak power amount required by the electrical load. The system includes a power regulator for generating at least one control signal based on the target power amount, and the power generation system for receiving the at least one control signal, generating target electrical power corresponding to the target power amount and transmitting the target electrical power to the electrical panel via a DC voltage power bus.

Abstract: The invention relates to a master-slave power supply system, which comprises: (a) a master power supply unit having an output power port; (b) one or more slave units, each unit having its own power port; wherein the output power port of the master unit, as well as the output ports of all the slave units are connected in parallel; and wherein a bridging cable connects between the master unit and a first slave unit, and additional bridging cables connect respectively each of the slave units to a next one, until a last slave unit, and wherein at least a voltage feedback signal is conveyed from master unit to all the slave units in parallel over said bridging cables.

Abstract: Method, modules and a system formed by connecting the modules for controlling payloads are disclosed. An activation signal is propagated in the system from a module to the modules connected to it. Upon receiving an activation signal, the module (after a pre-set or random delay) activates a payload associated with it, and transmits the activation signal (after another pre-set or random delay) to one or more modules connected to it. The system is initiated by a master module including a user activated switch producing the activation signal. The activation signal can be propagated in the system in one direction from the master to the last module, or carried bi-directionally allowing two way propagation, using a module which revert the direction of the activation signal propagation direction. A module may be individually powered by an internal power source such as a battery, or connected to external power source such as AC power. The system may use remote powering wherein few or all of the modules are powered from the same power source connected to the system in a single point. The power may be carried over dedicated wires or concurrently with the conductors carrying the activation signal. The payload may be a visual or an audible signaling device, and can be integrated within a module or external to it. The payload may be powered by a module or using a dedicated power source, and can involve randomness associated with its activation such as the delay, payload control or payload activation.

Abstract: A novel semiconductor device or a semiconductor device whose power consumption can be reduced is provided. The semiconductor device includes a sensor portion, a memory portion, and a control portion. The memory portion has functions of storing multiple detection data and sending them to the control portion. Therefore, a certain amount of detection data acquired through sensing by the sensor portion can be held, and the detection data can be sent to the control portion at a desired timing. Accordingly, in the semiconductor device, the control portion does not need to operate every time information is acquired, and thus, the power supply to the control portion can be completely or partially stopped.

The plug pin in the vicinity of the intermediate insertion position, at which there is a possibility of occurrence of an arc discharge, is ejected by the resilient force.
