    摘要： A printing machine according to the present invention, comprises electrically conductive and magnetically inductive printing toner, an array of electrode-needles contacting with toner, each of the electrode-needles arranged apart from the adjacent electrode-needles in the array and individually energized in accordance with a desired printing pattern to electrify the toner communicating electrically with the energized electrode-needle, recording means including an electrically conductive portion and an insulating surface which extends on the electrically conductive portion and is arranged away from the array of electrode-needles to face thereto and to contact with the toner arranged between the electrode-needles and the insulating surface, the voltage applied to the electrically conductive portion being positive when the voltage applied to the energized electrode-needles is negative or the voltage applied to the electrically conductive portion being negative when the voltage applied to the energized electrode-needles is positive so that the toner electrified by the energized electrode-needle is attracted and attached to the insulating surface by the electrically conductive portion, the insulating surface moving in relation to the array of electrode-needles so that the toner is attached to an area of the insulating surface, magnetic means for attracting the magnetically inductive printing toner to form toner chains between the array of the electrode-needles and the insulating surface, and transferring means for transferring the toner from the insulating surface to a work piece, wherein longitudinally extending surfaces of the electrode-needles face to the insulating surface to electrify the printing toner arranged between the electrode-needles and the insulating surface.

    摘要： An electrostatic recording head for causing a developing agent to be electrostatically deposited on the surface of a recording member in accordance with a recorded image, comprising a recording electrode having a plurality of linear electrodes arranged in a common plane at a predetermined interval; a magnet disposed at one side of the recording electrode; and a magnetic member disposed at the side of the recording electrode opposite to the magnet; the magnet being disposed such that the magnetic lines of force pass through the end of the recording electrode towards the portion of a recording member opposed by the end of the recording electrode. The present invention also relates to a method of producing this electrostatic recording head. The invention also is concerned with an image recording apparatus which employs this electrostatic recording head, as well as with a developing agent supplying device and a display device.

    摘要： A gear pump has a pair of gears a seal member for sealing up teeth of the gross engaging with each other in a sealed-up gear case, which seal member is provided at a place occupied by plurality of teeth in the vicinity of a working area of the teeth in a low pressure side of the gear case and is not connected to the gear case, the seal member having a low pressure fuel the flow of hole for flowing a low pressure fuel, wherein a tooth sealing angle for the plurality of teeth is set substantially to a value within a range of 35.degree..+-.5.degree. for gears having of 14 to 18 teeth, and a high pressure fuel flowing passage for the flow of a high pressure fuel, formed in a space other than the working area of the teeth and the area of and the sealing member, in the gear case. Further, a fuel system for vehicle engine, using the above-mentioned gear pump, includes a fuel tank, a first pipe connecting the fuel tank and the low pressure fuel flowing hole in the gear pump, a second pipe connecting a fuel injection nozzle and the high pressure fuel flowing passage in the gear pump, and a booster pump provided at an intermediate part of the first pipe, for raising the pressure of fuel transferred to the low pressure fuel flowing hole to a pressure value at which the occurrence of cavitation at the low pressure fuel flowing hole can be suppressed.

    摘要： A printing hammer driving apparatus for high-speed printers comprises a lever member acting as a hammer operating part, an armature forming a part of a magnetic circuit, and an electromagnet forming, together with the armature, the magnetic circuit. The lever member has a rotational supporting point at the base end thereof and is made of a light-weight non-magnetic material. The armature is projected in one of the rotational directions of the lever member from the intermediate part of the lever member. The electromagnet has at least one core and an exciting coil wound on the core. A core has a magnetic pole face perpendicular to the direction of attraction of the armature and a magnetic pole face parallel to the direction of attraction of the armature. The magnetic pole face perpendicular to the direction of armature attraction is opposed with a gap to the forward end face of the armature, and the magnetic pole face parallel to the direction of armature attraction is opposed with a gap to the surface of the armatures parallel to the direction of attraction thereof.
