摘要: A metal jet apparatus comprises a discharge nozzle 31 for jetting molten metal 20, and a gas passage 33 for supplying inert gas to a peripheral portion of a discharge port 32 of the discharge nozzle 31. The discharge port 32 of the discharge nozzle 31 and an outlet of a gas passage 33 are provided with a nozzle cover 34. The nozzle cover 34 includes a space 35 which is in communication with the discharge port 32 and the outlet of the gas passage 33, and which opens downward. A ring-like projection 36 is disposed around the opening. When the molten metal 20 is jetted from the discharge port 32 into the space 35, the inert gas is supplied to the space 35, thereby preventing the molten metal 20 from being oxidized, and it is possible to prevent the nozzle of the discharge port 32 from being clogged, and to form the molten metal 20 into a spherical shape.

摘要: An epoxy resin composition comprises an epoxy resin (A) and rubber-like polymer particles (B). The rubber-like polymer particles (B) maintain a finely dispersed state of primary particles. The content of the rubber-like polymer particles (B) is 0.5 to 80% by weight when the total amount of the epoxy resin (A) and rubber-like polymer particles (B) is 100% by weight. Rubber-like polymer particles (B) are obtainable by graft-polymerizing 5 to 50% by weight of a shell layer (B-2) with 50 to 95% by weight of a rubber particle core (B-1), and average particle diameter of the rubber-like polymer particles (B) is 0.03 to 2 μm. Rubber particle core (B-1) comprises elastic material of not less than 50% by weight of at least one monomer selected from diene monomers and (meth)acrylate monomers and less than 50% by weight of another coploymerizable vinyl monomer, or polysiloxane rubber elastic materials, or a mixture thereof.

摘要: To provide an image display apparatus that is allowed to incorporate a panel module with excellent mechanical strength even if a screen is upsized and the apparatus is slimmed down. Strengthening units are mounted along a horizontal direction on canopies provided on an upper portion and a lower portion of a panel module constituting a display unit of a large-size, thin image display apparatus. Also, supporting members are mounted on the upper and lower strengthening units in such a manner that the supporting members bridge between the upper and lower strengthening units, so that a stand, or a chain or a string to be used when hanging the image display apparatus is mountable to the supporting members. This prevents direct application of external force to the panel module.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a card connector which prevents inadvertent dropping of a card having a narrow width relative to the receiving slot to be inserted. The card connector includes receiving slots that are stacked and receive a plurality of memory cards of different standards. The card connector minimizes the height so as to be replaceable with a conventional card connector. The card connector has a first card receiving slot that receives a first card and a second card receiving slot that accommodates a second card receiving unit. The second card receiving unit receives a second card. The second card receiving unit has a top frame that restricts the upper surface of a second card main body. A cutout part, having a shape that allows at least a portion of the top frame to fit in the thickness direction, is formed in a partition frame. The partition frame divides the first card receiving slot and the second card receiving, while supporting the lower portion of a first card main body.

摘要: A process for efficiently producing an agglomerate resulting from removal of impurities from a water-base latex of rubbery polymer particles or dry powder thereof and producing a dispersion having rubbery polymer particles dispersed in an organic solvent, and a process for efficiently producing a resin composition of low impurity content, in which the state of dispersion of rubbery polymer particles is excellent, from the above dispersion. In particular, a rubbery polymer particle agglomerate of low impurity content is obtained by first mixing a water-base latex of rubbery polymer particles with an organic solvent exhibiting partial solubility in water, bringing the resultant mixture into contact with water to thereby form a rubbery polymer particle agglomerate, and thereafter separating the water phase from the agglomerate/water phase mixture. Further, a resin composition of low impurity content having rubbery polymer particles favorably dispersed is obtained by first adding an organic solvent to the above agglomerate, mixing the obtained dispersion with a polymerizable organic compound having a reactive group, such as an epoxy resin, and thereafter distilling off volatile components.
