摘要： A vehicle travel route indicating apparatus comprising detectors for detecting current travel distance and bearing of a vehicle, respectively; a signal processor for obtaining a current location of the vehicle on two-dimensional coordinates; a memory for storing continuous locational information; a display for indicating a path of travel and a sense mark; and a manual selector for optionally changing the manner of visual indication settings. With such simplified construction, the driver of the vehicle can incessantly determine the status of travel of the vehicle in terms of both distance and bearing aspects during the travel by following the first-hand information displayed at his seat with greater ease and reliability.

A plurality of sheets to be conveyed are settable on the tray. The conveying unit conveys the sheets on the tray. The measuring unit measures a quantity with respect to the sheet conveyed by the conveying unit. The detecting unit detects an overlapped feed in which at least two sheets are conveyed in a partially overlapped condition. The overlapped feed is detected by comparing the quantity measured by the measuring unit with a reference value. The determining unit is configured to determine whether a type of sheet conveyed by the conveying unit is changed. The reference value changing unit is configured to change the reference value to a value corresponding to the changed type of sheet as determined by the determining unit.

摘要： Variable-capacity control is reliably carried out without using a large pressure control valve while maintaining sufficient pressure resistance in a refrigerating cycle in which carbon dioxide is used as its coolant. A pressure sensor for measuring the pressure on the low pressure side of this refrigerating cycle is used. The electromagnetic coil of the pressure control valve is controlled so that the measured pressure approaches the target value. Low pressure is applied equally to both ends in the direction of movement of the valve disc of the pressure control valve, so that the valve disc can be moved by a light load, and hence the size of the electromagnetic coil can be small.
