摘要: The objective of the invention is to prevent plastic deformation of separators in a heat cycle of the fuel cell, to thereby prevent damage to the power generation cell. A laminated body is formed by alternately laminating power generation cells (5) and separators (8) having reactant gas passages (11 and 12) inside thereof, and a fuel gas manifold and an oxidant gas manifold, which are in communication with the reactant gas passages (11 and 12) of each separator (8) and extending in the laminating direction, are located at a periphery of the laminated body, and a load is applied to the laminated body in the laminating direction. The separator (8) includes: an interconnect section (8a) at a center of which the power generation cell (5) is located; and a pair of arm sections (8b) with an elongated strip shape, each arm section (8b) extending from a rim of the interconnect section (8a), and an end (8c) of each arm section (8b) being connected to the fuel gas manifold or the oxidant gas manifold. The arm section (8b) has flexibility so that it can be deformed in the laminating direction, and the deformation of the arm section (8b) is kept in the range of elastic deformation during the heat cycle.

摘要: It is possible to improve the power generation efficiency by uniformalizing the temperature distribution of a fuel cell stack in lamination direction. In a solid oxide type fuel cell, a power generation cell and a separator are alternately laminated so as to constitute a fuel cell stack. On the middle stage of the fuel cell stack in the lamination direction, a radiator (20) is arranged between the separators. The radiator (20) is formed by a columnar support portion (22) serving as a cell current path and supporting the weight in the lamination direction, flange portions (21) arranged at both ends of the support portion (22) so as to be in contact with the adjacent separators, and a plate member (23) for radiation.

摘要: A fuel cell in which fuel gas is more uniformly distributed to each power generation cell and irregular deformation of an interconnection section is reduced. A fuel gas channel (17) formed in a fuel arm section (22) of a separator (19) has a smaller cross-sectional area than an oxidation agent gas channel (18) formed in an oxidation agent arm section (21). Further, the fuel arm section (22) and the oxidation agent arm section (21) are formed so that their section moduli are substantially the same.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for producing trichlorosilane are provided, which effectively suppresses the reaction converting trichlorosilane to tetrachlorosilane and the formation of polymers, thereby achieving a high recovery ratio of trichlorosilane. The apparatus for producing trichlorosilane includes: a converter reactor for converting a raw material gas containing tetrachlorosilane and hydrogen into a reaction product gas; a cooler for cooling the reaction product gas fed from the converter reactor; and a plurality of provided in the cooler for spraying cooling liquids. Average droplet diameters of the cooling liquids sprayed from a plurality of the nozzles are different from each other, and a cooling liquids volume sprayed from each of the plurality of nozzles is able to be individually adjusted.
