    摘要: Continuous polymerization apparatus including a first reactor of a complete mixing type and a second reactor of a complete mixing type (10, 20). Each of the reactors (10, 20) is provided with a supply port (11a, 21a), an effluent port (11b, 21b), and a temperature detecting means (T) for detecting a temperature in the reactor, wherein the supply port (11a) of the first reactor (10) is connected to the supply sources (1, 3) of a raw material monomer and a polymerization initiator, and the effluent port (11b) of the first reactor is connected through a connection line (15) to the supply port (21a) of the second reactor (20). Connection line (15) is combined with a secondary line (15′) for supplying a raw material monomer at a combining part (M) located between the effluent port (11b) of the first reactor (10) and the supply port (21a) of the second reactor (20).

    摘要: While supplying methanol and carbon monoxide via feed lines 17 and 19, respectively, to a liquid phase reaction system 3 including a carbonylation catalytic system, and maintaining a substantially constant liquid level of the reaction system, part of the reaction mixture containing the produced acetic acid is drawn out from the reaction system and supplied to a flash distillation column 4, and the high boiling point component, which contains the carbonylation catalytic system that has been separated by ths flash distillation, is circulated to the reaction system 3 by means of a circulation line 21. At circulation line 21, the flow rate is detected by a flow rate sensor F3 and the temperature is detected by a temperature sensor T2, and based on the detection data, a control unit 8 is used to control the temperature of the circulated high boiling point component by means of a temperature regulating unit 6 and thereby to suppress temperature and pressure fluctuations of the above-mentioned reaction system.

    摘要: In a steam-heating apparatus in which a heating section formed in a heat exchanger is connected to a steam supply pipe for receiving supply of heating steam and connected also to a condensate recovering unit for discharging condensate produced as a result of heating, the apparatus includes a steam ejector including a suction chamber connected to the heating section and an inlet for receiving supply of the steam. When the temperature of the heating section or between the heating section and the condensate recovering unit is dropped by a predetermined value, steam is supplied from the steam supply pipe to the inlet of the steam ejector, and gas in the heating section is sucked into the suction chamber of the steam ejector.
