The present invention provides an economical conductive laminate having antistatic performance even under low humidity, which performance being sufficient to overcome problems caused by static electricity, superior heat resistance and transparency, as well as superior characteristics of a structure such as a thermoplastic film.

The mixing ratio (A)/(B) is from 10/90 to 95/5 by weight. After that the coating is dried and then stretched in at least one direction.

The adhesion improving layer of the inventive thermoplastic laminate film shows superior adhesion strength in a broad range of applications. Specifically, it is evident in an ink layer of printing ink, UV ink and the like; an adhesive layer in dry laminate and extrusion laminating; a thin film layer obtained by vacuum vapor deposition, electron beam vapor deposition, sputtering, ionic plating, CVD and plasma polymerization of metal or inorganic substance or oxides thereof; an oxygen moisture absorbent layer; an organic barrier layer; an ink jet image receiving layer and the like.

The near-infrared ray absorption film of the present invention is a near-infrared ray absorption film in which a near-infrared ray absorption layer comprising a composition containing a near-infrared ray absorbing dye having maximum absorption at a wavelength of 800 to 1200 nm, and a resin is provided on a transparent substrate film, and is characterized that a surfactant having HLB of 2 to 12 is contained in the composition at 0.01 to 2.0% by mass. There can be provided a near-infrared ray absorption film excellent in coated film appearance which has the wide absorbing ability in the near-infrared ray absorbing region, has a high light transmittance in the visible light region, has little change in optical properties with time, and can respond to a higher luminance of a display, and higher-definition and higher image quality by Hi-Vision broadcasting in recent years.
