    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for forming a solder wicking prevention zone operating when a connector member with a connector is processed using molten solder, to hinder the solder from spreading to a contact site of the connector in a wettable manner. The apparatus includes a main forming agent tank which stores a main forming agent used to form the solder wicking prevention zone, an ejection nozzle which ejects the main forming agent stored in the main forming agent tank, and a direction control section which controls an ejection direction of the main forming agent ejected by the ejection nozzle. The direction control section controls the ejection direction of the main forming agent ejected by the ejection nozzle, so as to apply the main forming agent to a predetermined position on the connector member to form the solder wicking prevention zone.

    摘要: A solvent-free photocurable resin composition is provided which can be applied to the surface of optical discs or the like to form a highly transparent protective film that can stably adhere to the surface and effectively protect the surface from scratches. The solvent-free photocurable resin composition contains a urethane(meth)acrylate oligomer, a trifunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, a photopolymerization initiator, and a dilution monomer. The dilution monomer contains a fluorine-based (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having three or more fluorine atoms and a monofunctional or difunctional (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer in amounts of from 10 to 40 wt% and from 10 to 30 wt%, respectively.

    摘要: A ridgy resin film made of a resin is formed. On a flat substrate, a first concave and a second concave are formed such as to be spaced a given distance apart from each other. Then, a resin liquid is supplied onto a land being part of the substrate exposed between the first and second concaves. Due to its surface tension, the resin liquid supplied onto the land bulges, and a ridgy resin film even in width is formed by curing the resin liquid in this state. Along the edges of the openings of the first concave and the second concave, ridges are formed. Since the resin liquid is supplied onto the land between the ridges, it does not drip nor overflow.

    摘要: A two-dimensional bar code reading method and apparatus search the finder pattern in a scanned image of a two-dimensional bar code symbol, find orientation modules, find data modules, and convert the symbol to data characters as part of the decoding process for the scanned image of a MaxiCode symbol. In the data module search part of a MaxiCode symbol decoding process, position and shape information is calculated for data modules on an orientation axis, assuming an orientation axis passing the finder pattern center point, inside orientation module center point, and outside orientation module center point (step to S1801). Based on pixel data corresponding to the calculated location of the center point in each module, a bit pattern is generated where black data cells are 1 bits and white cells are 0 bits (S1802). The locations of MaxiCode symbol data modules in the area between orientation axes are then calculated (S1803). Pixel data corresponding to the calculated location of the center point of each data module is then converted to a bit pattern where black data cells are 1 bits and white data cells are 0 bits (S1804), and the data module search process then ends.
