    摘要: In a sound reproducing apparatus, a target control value is determined automatically from a noise and a sound radiated from a loudspeaker unit, and a volume of a reproduced sound is naturally compensated according to an amount of the noise against a masking due to a noise at a listening point. A first microphone is located near a loudspeaker box, and a second microphone is located in the loudspeaker box. A gain of s variable gain amplifier is changed so that an integrated value of a signal obtained by filtering and adding the outputs of the microphone may be equal to an integrated value of the filtered signal of the output of the variable gain amplifier.

This structure allows an audio reproducing apparatus of the present invention to masking compensation more naturally. This audio reproducing apparatus includes a detecting coil (17) disposed on a bobbin (16) of the speaker (13), and a microphone (15) disposed around the speaker (13). An output signal from the detecting coil (17) and an output signal from the microphone (15) are respectively filtered, and then undergo an adding process. An input signal is adjusted its magnitude based on these processed signals.

The detection coil is formed by a wire whose diameter is smaller than one fourth of that of the wire used for the voice coil, and wound in a space among the voice coil wires. In another example, the voice coil and the detection coil are formed using a flat type wire. In a speaker made in accordance with the present invention, the outer diameter of the whole coil structure containing a voice coil and a detection coil does not increase; as a result, decrement of the magnetic flux density in magnetic gap does not occur. Thus, the signals that proportionately represent the speaker vibration are made available without inviting deterioration in the efficiency of a speaker, nor an increased Q0.

    摘要: An audio reproducing apparatus is utilized in noisy environment in which noise level greatly varies. The apparatus includes first and second microphones placed respectively inside and outside a speaker box. Outputs of respective microphones are filtered, and then added with each other so that signals proportional to outside noise can be extracted. A gain of variable gain circuit can be changed with these extracted signals, whereby sound can be reproduced in noisy environments.

    摘要: An active vibratory noise control apparatus has a speaker for canceling vibratory noise in the passenger compartment of a vehicle, the speaker being used as a speaker of one of different audio devices that can be installed on the vehicle. Each of the audio devices has a command key switch assembly. When the command key switch assembly is operated to turn off the transistor, a control signal is applied to a switching control circuit in an active vibratory noise control unit, which identifies the audio device installed on the vehicle. The active vibratory noise control unit generates a canceling signal matching characteristics of the speaker of the identified audio device for canceling vibratory noise in the passenger compartment.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a rotation angle detector for use mainly in detecting rotation angles of a vehicle's steering shaft with a simplified and low-cost configuration. For the purpose, the first detection head and the second detection head are disposed perpendicularly to the rotor, and the spur gear formed outside the periphery of the first detection head is allowed to engage with the gear formed on the bottom of the periphery of the rotor. This can provide the first detection head with a simplified configuration and can form magnetic sensors together with a controller on a single circuit board. The configuration enables the rotation angle detector to perform the detection reliably and cheaply.

    摘要: An active noise controller can determine the signal transmission characteristics from the power amplifier and the speaker to the microphone without using any special external measuring instrument and calculate a cosine correction value and a sine correction value without using an external computer. The active noise controller uses the cosine correction value and the sine correction value to actively reduce vibrational noise. The measurement mode is selected on touch panel (3), and correction value calculator (22) calculates cosine correction value C0 and sine correction value C1 by using filter coefficients W0 and W1 which allow error signal e′(n) to approach zero. Memory (23) stores these values C0 and C1.

    摘要: In an active noise cancellation system having an adaptive filter that outputs a control signal, first and second speakers that emit a canceling signal generated based on the control signal, a microphone that detects an error signal, a correction filter that corrects the base signal by a correction value to generate a reference signal and a filter coefficient updater that successively updates the adaptive filter coefficient based on the error signal and reference signal such that the error signal is minimized, the correction value of the correction filter is set to a sum obtained by adding the transfer characteristic from the first speaker to the microphone, and a product obtained by multiplying the transfer characteristic from the second speaker to the microphone by the prescribed value, thereby enabling to reduce the number of microphones and avoid the increase in parts, the amount of work to provide complicated wiring to the microphones, and the computational load involved in updating the adaptive filter coefficient, while enabling to maintain an area in which noise can be reduced to the same level as that obtained before reducing the number of microphones.
