    摘要: Stator cores for a homo-polar magnetic bearing, wherein toothed ends of stator cores around a rotor form N poles and S poles adjacent in the axial direction, and the method of manufacturing them. The stator core 10 is provided with protrusions 11 of adjacent N and S poles extended circumferentially so as to be in contact with or in close proximity to each other, and is composed of U-shaped laminated steel sheets interleaved with an insulating material, of which the center side is open when viewed from the centerline side. In addition, the core is composed of a first yoke, a second yoke and a stem unit that is a magnetic body placed and fixed between the yokes, and at least the stem unit is composed of a magnetic material powder, solidified in resin.

Each stator sheet is formed with a closed circular inner ring portion 22a and an outer ring portion 22b, with slots 23 that penetrate the sheets between the ring portions, and the stator winding is housed in the slots.

    摘要: A high speed compressor (10) includes a gear box (11), two compressing units (12, 13) supported on opposite side walls of the gear box (11) and a bull gear (32) rotatably placed in the gear box (11). Each compressing unit includes a scroll (15, 16) and an impeller (18, 19) rotatably housed in the scroll (15, 16). The impellers (18, 19) share an impeller shaft (22) extending into the gear box (11). A pinion gear (23) is mounted on the impeller shaft (22) such that it engages with the bull gear (32). A drive shaft (30) extends from the bull gear (32) out of the gear box (11) along a center axis of the gear box (11). An induction motor (35) is connected with the drive shaft (30) for causing the impellers (18, 19) to rotate by way of the bull gear (32) and the pinion gear (23). An inverter (40) is connected with the induction motor (35) at its one end and with a commercial power source (43) at the other end for converting an A.C. power from the commercial power source (43) into an A.C. power having a desired frequency and feeding it to the induction motor (35) for driving of the induction motor (35).

    摘要: Method and apparatus for optical scanning includes a sliding bed and a center adjusting unit. The sliding bed predetermines a position of an optical element in a light axis direction. The optical element has at least one lens surface to be have been subjected to a precision-figure transferring and optically scanning at least one light beam generated by a plurality of light sources and deflected by a rotary mirror. The center adjusting unit moves the optical element to make a lateral center of a curvature radius of the optical element exactly on a light axis center. This paper also describes an optical element itself, a method and apparatus for positioning and fixing the optical element. This paper further describes a molding tool for making the optical element.

    摘要: At least two light beam detection units are spaced at a predetermined distance and provided in the scanning direction of a surface to be scanned. A light beam is emitted to the light beam detection unit provided on a scanning start side, by lighting a light beam source which is employed to scan the surface linearly during a scanning period equivalent to 1 dot during scanning. A light beam is emitted to the light beam detection unit provided on a scanning end side, by lighting the light beam source during the scanning period after elapse of a light-off period computed from a previously designed scanning speed and the predetermined distance. Based on a detection result of the light beam detection unit provided on the scanning start side and a detection result of the light beam detection unit provided on the scanning end side, scanning characteristics required of the light beam are evaluated.
