    摘要: A circularly polarized wave antenna device that has improved the orthogonality of two radiation electric fields in a degeneration-separated mode. A radiation conductor is formed on one main surface of a substrate, and a ground conductor is formed on the other main surface of the substrate opposite to the radiation conductor. A feeding conductor is formed on the side surface of the substrate so as to extend from the other main surface toward the one main surface. The radiation conductor is formed into a square shape or an electrically square shape in a plan view. On the substrate, capacitive loading conductors are provided in the extended directions of the two diagonal lines of the radiation conductor, the capacitive loading conductors being formed between the ground conductor and the radiation conductor, and having mutually different shapes between the one diagonal direction and the other diagonal direction.

    摘要: A circularly polarized wave antenna which allows the matching of resonant frequencies in a higher order mode to be easily achieved. In this circularly polarized wave antenna, a flat portion is provided by flattening a portion of the peripheral side surface of a substrate. Two feeding electrodes for use in the higher order mode excitation are formed on this flat plane. On one main surface of the substrate, a circular radiation electrode is formed, while, on the other main surface of the substrate, a ground electrode is formed.

    摘要: The invention provides An antenna device, comprising: a substrate made of an insulation material and including a first major surface and a second major surface face; a ground electrode provided substantially on the whole of the first major surface of said substrate; and an inverted F-shape antenna and a microstrip antenna respectively provided on the surface of the substrate. An open end of a radiation electrode of the microstrip antenna and a feeding electrode of the inverted F-shape antenna are capacitively coupled to each other. A first direction through the open end and ground end of the radiation electrode of the inverted F-shape antenna is substantially perpendicular to a second direction through the open end and ground end of the radiation electrode of the microstrip antenna. By the above arrangement, a mutual interference hardly occurs between the two antennas.

The method is characterized in that the low cycle damage value “Dc” defined by the formula: Dc=σeq/(YS×softening rate), wherein, σeq is Von Misese's equivalent stress, YS is yield stress (including both of those at tension and compression), and that the following formula is introduced: FL=C1×exp(C2×DcC3), wherein, FL is shot number until the die fracture, and C1, C2 and C3 are constants depending on the material used, so as to presume the possible shot number of the die.
