摘要： The present invention provides a vinyl chloride-based resin composition which is highly excellent in weatherability, impact resistance and gloss is provided, which comprises: (A) 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride-based resin; (B) from 1 to 30 parts by weight of a graft copolymer which is obtained by graft-polymerizing; (C) from 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a methyl methacrylate-based two stages polymer which is obtained by, in the presence of a polymer while a solution of 0.1 g of said polymer in 100 ml of chloroform showing a specific viscosity (&eegr;sp) of 0.7 or more at 30° C., comprising from 0 to 50% by weight of a repeating unit derived from methyl methacrylate, while a solution of 0.1 g of said two stages polymer in 100 ml of chloroform showing a specific viscosity of 0.5 or more at 30° C.; and (D) from 1 to 20 parts by weight of calcium carbonate.

摘要： A vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent weatherability and impact resistance which comprises (a) a vinyl chloride resin, (b) a graft copolymer which is obtained by graft-polymerizing (b2) a graft monomer component composed of 40 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 60% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an alkyl acrylate, an alkyl methacrylate, an unsaturated nitrile and an aromatic vinyl compound onto (b1) a crosslinked elastomeric polymer composed mainly of an alkyl acrylate, the methyl ethyl ketone-soluble portion of the graft copolymer having an ηsp/c of 1 to 5 measured at 30° C. with respect to its 0.2 g/100 cc acetone solution, and (c) calcium carbonate; and molded articles having a multilayer structure wherein a layer molded from the above composition is used as the surface layer or the inner layer.

摘要： A vinyl chloride resin composition having an improved impact resistance with a good transparency which includes (A) a graft copolymer reinforcing agent prepared by emulsion-polmerizing 15 to 35 parts by weight of a monomer mixture in the presence of 85 to 65 parts by weight of a butadiene homopolymer or copolymer having a butadiene content as high as 82% by weight or more, said monomer mixture containing of 50 to 95% by weight of an aromatic vinyl monomer such as styrene, 0.1 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide monomer such as acrylonitrile and 0 to 40% by weight of other vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith, and (B) a vinyl chloride resin. The butadiene homo- or copolymer may be treated prior to the emulsion polymerization, in order to prevent the produced graft copolymer particles from coagulating into a massive material, by reacting a small amount of a crosslinking monomer and optionally an alkyl acrylate or methacrylate in the presence of the butadiene homo- or copolymer in the form of an aqueous latex.
