    摘要: A vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent weatherability and impact resistance which comprises (a) a vinyl chloride resin, (b) a graft copolymer which is obtained by graft-polymerizing (b2) a graft monomer component composed of 40 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 60% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an alkyl acrylate, an alkyl methacrylate, an unsaturated nitrile and an aromatic vinyl compound onto (b1) a crosslinked elastomeric polymer composed mainly of an alkyl acrylate, the methyl ethyl ketone-soluble portion of the graft copolymer having an ηsp/c of 1 to 5 measured at 30° C. with respect to its 0.2 g/100 cc acetone solution, and (c) calcium carbonate; and molded articles having a multilayer structure wherein a layer molded from the above composition is used as the surface layer or the inner layer.

A copolymer including a polymer (A) segment having a glass transition temperature not more than −10° C., and a polymer (C) segment having at least a unit derived from a monomer (B) which has two or more of aromatic rings and one or more radical reactive groups in one molecule; a graft copolymer having the component (B) grafted onto the component (A); and copolymer particles thereof are obtained. A flame retardant resin composition is obtained by using the copolymer as a flame retardant and blending the flame retardant with the resin.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer which is obtainable by polymerizing 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) comprising 100 to 50% by weight of a polyfunctional monomer (b-1) containing two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds in the presence of 40 to 90 parts of polyorganosiloxane particles, followed by further polymerizing 5 to 50 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (C); A polyorganosiloxane-containing graft copolymer which is obtainable by polymerizing 0 to 10 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (B) comprising 100 to 50% by weight of a polyfunctional monomer containing two or more polymerizable unsaturated bonds in the presence of 30 to 95 parts of a polyorganosiloxane in a latex form as obtained by seed polymerization using, as a seed polymer, a hydrophilic polymer capable of swelling in the corresponding organosiloxane, followed by further polymerizing 5 to 70 parts by weight of a vinyl monomer (C); a flame retardant which comprises said copolymer; and a resin composition which comprises said retardant and a thermoplastic resin.
