    摘要： A capacitance-type pressure sensor capable of reducing a variation in reference capacitance. The capacitance-type pressure sensor includes insulating spacer (3b) arranged between a main capacitive electrode (4) and a reference capacitive electrode (5) to couple a base substrate (1) and a diaphragm substrate (2) to each other. The insulating spacer (3b) is patterned so as to restrain a variation in distance between the reference capacitive electrode (5) and a counter electrode (10) arranged on the diaphragm substrate (2). Such construction reduces a variation in capacitance between the reference capacitive electrode (5) and the diaphragm electrode (10), to thereby increase accuracy at which a pressure is measured.

    摘要： The present invention provides a pressure sensor module which is capable of restraining application of a pressure of increased magnitude to a connector, reducing the number of parts therefor and compacting a structure thereof. A connector body (3a) is provided on a base section thereof with a flange (3g). An annular support (4) which is made of a material hard to be deformed under a high pressure as compared with the connector body (3a) is provided with an annular engagement recess (4b). The annular support (4) is fitted on the connector body (3a) to engage the flange (3g) with the annular engagement recess (4b). The annular support (4) is contacted on one end surface (4a) thereof with a pressure non-sensing side insulating substrate (5a) of a pressure sensing element (5) outside the base section of the connector body (3a). A housing (7) includes a cylindrical engagement section (7g1), which is curled so as to surround an outer edge of an end surface (4c) of the annular support (4), to thereby accomplish engagement between the housing (7) and the annular support (4).

    摘要： A screw compressor is equipped with a manually operated internal volume ratio adjusting slide valve and capacity adjusting slide valve. The compressor is simple in construction, can be produced with low cost, can accommodate decrease in suction pressure, for example, in an aged gas well, and can be operated without an electric power source for controlling the operation thereof. Also a combined screw compressor unit consisting of a plurality of screw compressors for producing high discharge pressure is provided which can accommodate high suction pressure in order not to overload the higher pressure compressor or compressors with the efficiency of the unit kept as high as possible by including at least a screw compressor according to the present invention in the unit.

    摘要： A hermetically sealed electric motor compressor, comprising a hermetically sealed casing, a reciprocating compressor unit mounted within the casing and compressing a working fluid, the compressor unit having a first discharge passageway, a valve assembly mounted within the casing and opening and closing the first discharge passageway, the valve assembly having a second discharge passageway, a discharge port mounted to the second discharge passageway within the casing and including a muffler. The muffler defines a plurality of resonance chambers. The discharge port includes a base plate having a projection. The valve assembly includes a reed valve assembly including a reed valve and a valve backer mounted behind the reed valve. The valve assembly includes a valve seat defining a recess receiving the reed valve assembly, and an elastic gasket and a holder elastically holding an end of the reed valve assembly within the recess so that the projection of the base plate pushes the end of the reed valve assembly on the bottom of the recess by means of the gasket. The valve backer limits the degree of opening of the reed valve and accelerates the return speed of the reed valve.

    摘要： A color perception test has a color matching processor that executes a color matching processing on a color monitor, and an image display controller that displays two or more images for color perception test in order on the color monitor on which the color matching processing was done. When displaying each image for color perception test, a color perception test is done in a state that one of its hue, brightness, saturation and display time is changed and the other elements are fixed. Since the color perception tester has the color matching processor, colors of the image are not changed with passage of time different from color printed one, and correct test can be done thereby. If the test is periodically done on some examinee, a degree of decreasing color perception function by aging can be exactly known.
