    摘要: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has a tension film that does not include chromium. In the present invention, the tension film, including a phosphate and silica as constituents, includes a manganese compound and a potassium compound. The mole ratio K/Mn of potassium to manganese in the film is set to a certain range. The film can be produced by preparing a coating solution by adding a compound, which includes the phosphate and the silica and also includes the potassium and the manganese, and applying the coating solution on a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet after final annealing is completed, followed by drying and baking.

    摘要: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet has a tension film that does not include chromium. In the present invention, the tension film, including a phosphate and silica as constituents, includes a manganese compound and a potassium compound. The mole ratio K/Mn of potassium to manganese in the film is set to a certain range. However, the manganese described herein does not refer to manganese derived from a manganese phosphate included in raw materials of the film. The film can be produced by preparing a coating solution by adding a compound, which includes the phosphate and the silica and also includes the potassium and the manganese, and applying the coating solution on a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet after final annealing is completed, followed by drying and baking.

The organic resin contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, and a polyester resin having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group at a surface of an emulsion particle for one part by mass to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.

    摘要: An inorganic-organic composite film is formed by coating a application liquid containing an inorganic component and an organic resin on a surface of a steel sheet, and baking the application liquid on the surface of the steel sheet. The application liquid contains phosphate as the inorganic component, and further contains an inorganic powder having a BET specific surface area of 10 m2/g or more and exhibiting a particle size distribution with a 50% cumulative particle size of 5 μm or less and with a 90% cumulative particle size of 15 μm or less when measured by a laser diffraction particle size analyzer, the powder being contained at a ratio of no less than 1 mass %, nor more than 50 mass % with respect to a solid content of the phosphate.
