    摘要: An electrical steel sheet provides: a steel strip (1) for an electrical steel sheet; and an insulating film (2) formed at a surface of the steel strip (1) and containing metal phosphate and organic resin. At least a part of the metal phosphate includes at least one kind of crystal structure selected from a group consisting of a cubic system, a tetragonal system, a hexagonal system, and an orthorhombic system. The organic resin contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of an acryl-based resin, an epoxy-based resin, and a polyester resin having a carboxyl group or a hydroxyl group at a surface of an emulsion particle for one part by mass to 50 parts by mass relative to 100 parts by mass of the metal phosphate.

    摘要: An insulating coating film obtained by mixing 0.5 parts by mass to 10 parts by mass of a copolymer of a fluoroolefin and an ethylenically unsaturated compound when converted into a solid content with 100 parts by mass in solid content of a mixture composed of a metal phosphate and a specific organic resin or a mixture composed of colloidal silica and a specific organic resin is designed to be provided on a surface of an electrical steel sheet, and in this manner, it is possible to obtain an electrical steel sheet having good corrosion resistance under a wet environment and having good properties related to the insulating coating film such as a space factor and adhesiveness.

The insulating film (2) includes 100 parts by mass of a first component containing a metal phosphate, and 5 parts by mass to 45 parts by mass of a second component composed of particles of one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of a polyolefin wax, an epoxy resin and an acrylic resin, the particles having an average particle size of 2.0 μm to 15.0 μm and a melting point of 60° C. to 140° C.
