    摘要: The present invention is to provide a protective agent against damage of biological tissue caused by near-infrared rays which is capable of blocking the near-infrared rays from reaching not only skin but also deeper tissue than the skin tissue, preventing damage of such tissue caused by the near-infrared rays and preventing pathogenesis and development of various disease and acceleration of aging both of which are caused by the near-infrared rays, and a product using the protective agent. The protective agent against damage of biological tissue caused by near-infrared rays comprises a near-infrared ray penetration blocker that absorbs, reflects or scatters the near-infrared rays to prevent the damage of skin and deeper tissue than the skin in a living body caused by exposure with the near-infrared rays.

    摘要: An organic EL device includes at least one insulating bank disposed on a translucent substrate, a translucent electrode in contact with the bank, an organic layer containing a light-emitting layer and formed on the translucent electrode, and a reflection electrode formed on the organic layer. The bank is made from a translucent dielectric material having a low refractive index that is equal to or less than that of the organic layer. The bank has a side face that is a slope inclined with respect to the translucent substrate. The side face has a concave surface shape that faces the light-emitting layer from a slope in contact with the light-emitting layer to a slope in contact with a portion of the organic layer in the vicinity of the reflection electrode.

    摘要: In an organic EL panel, a transparent conductive film, a functional layered body including at least one light-emitting layer, and an opposing electrode film are layered in this order on a substrate, and the light-emitting layer which overlaps the transparent conductive film and the opposing electrode film serves as a light-emitting portion. The organic EL panel has at least one auxiliary electrode that is formed on the substrate below the light-emitting portion and directly covered with the transparent conductive film. The transparent conductive film has a film thickness more than that of the auxiliary electrode and the side surface of the transparent conductive film is covered with the functional layered body.
