摘要: To provide a bearing structure in which the processing is easy, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.A bearing structure 1 includes a housing comprising a first housing portion 13 having a cross-sectionally generally-semicircular concave portion and a second housing portion 14 having a cross-sectionally generally-semicircular concave portion forming together with the concave portion 13a of the first housing portion 13 a cross-sectionally generally-circular support hole 16, and a two-division rolling bearing 2 comprising a pair of two-division outer rings 3a, 3b mounted within the support hole 16 of the housing in closely-contacted relation thereto, a plurality of rolling elements 4 so mounted as to be able to roll on inner side surfaces of the two two-division outer rings 3a, 3b, and a pair of two-division cages 5a, 5b holding the rolling elements 4 such that the rolling elements are arranged at generally equal intervals in a circumferential direction, a shaft 12 being internally fitted to the two-division rolling bearing. A bore diameter of the support hole 16 in a direction of mating surfaces of the housing portions is made larger than its bore diameter in a direction shifted 90° from the direction of the mating surfaces.

摘要: There is provided a rolling bearing including an inner ring having an inner ring raceway surface, an outer ring having an outer ring raceway surface and a shoulder portion formed on one axial side of the outer ring raceway surface, a plurality of rolling elements which roll between the inner ring raceway surface and the outer ring raceway surface, and a cage adapted to hold the plurality of rolling elements at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction and having a guided surface which confronts the shoulder portion of the outer ring in such a manner as to be brought into sliding contact therewith. The rotation of the cage is guided through sliding contact of the guided surface of the cage with a guiding surface of the shoulder portion of the outer ring. A guiding space which is a radial space between the guiding surface of the shoulder portion of the outer ring and the guided surface of the cage is made to increase as approaching the rolling elements.

摘要: In shifting a flow that passes through a node onto a different alternative path which does not pass through the node passed through by the flow, a controller that controls a flow of each node under control determines alternative candidate paths, each of which has a same source and a same destination as a path associated with the flow to be shifted and does not pass through the node passed through by the flow to be shifted, determines the alternative path from the alternative candidate paths according to a predetermined criterion, and aggregates flows of each node on the alternative path.

摘要: Disclosed is a disk storage apparatus to control writing to a storage medium having a storage area to which a first address space is allocated and whose transfer rate spatially changes, including a command reception section and control section. The command reception section receives a write command from a host apparatus and containing an address of the first address space. The control section performs control to divide the storage area into zones, pre-define a second address space where blocks are successively allocated to the zones from a beginning address of the first address space, replace, for each of the write commands received by the command reception, an address of the first address space contained therein with an address of the second address space, select one of the zones as a write target zone by cyclical changing, and perform a writing process to the storage medium for each selected zone.

摘要: A production method for a sintered part comprises preparing a metal powder and a binder composed of a thermoplastic resin and a wax, mixing the metal powder and 40 to 60 vol. % of the binder with respect to the metal powder into a mixed powder, and heating and kneading the mixed powder into a raw material. This production method further includes supplying a predetermined amount of the raw material in a hole of a die and compacting the raw material into a green compact having a predetermined shape by pressing the raw material by a punch. This production method further includes ejecting the green compact from the hole of the die, removing the binder from the ejected green compact by heating, and sintering the green compact by heating so as to diffusion bond particles of the green compact. The compacting is performed by pressing at a moving rate U of the punch, which is not more than a rate calculated from the following equation (1). In this case, ΔP (Pa) is pressing power of the punch, μ (Pa·s) is viscosity of the raw material, L (m) is a length of the green compact, and De (m) is a corresponding tube diameter. U=ΔP/(32μ×L)×De2   (1)
