Abstract: The present invention relates to universal face masks and more particularly to face masks made from hemp fibre. It further relates to face masks having multiple layers of fibres for filtration of the air pollutants and which can be made for use by the humans as well as designed to be worn by animals especially dogs and horses. The hemp face mask of the present invention comprises of at least three layers of hemp fabric with varying weaving techniques; at least one pair of drawstring cords for adjusting the hemp face mask on the wearer's face; at least one toggle lock with each pair of drawstrings; a small pouch positioned at the upper part of the hemp face mask; and a pair of hemp fabric padding.
