摘要： A semi-transmissive liquid crystal display device is provided with a pixel electrode having in one pixel a reflective electrode reflecting outside light, and a transmissive electrode transmitting light from a back light source, on one of a pair of substrates facing to each other with a liquid crystal film placed in between. The reflective electrode and the transmissive electrode constituting the pixel electrode are formed without having a insulation layer in between. A manufacturing process thereof is simplified by halftone exposure.

摘要： An In Plane Switching (IPS) liquid crystal displaying apparatus includes a TFT array substrate, an opposite substrate opposed to the TFT array substrate and a liquid crystal interposed between the TFT array substrate and the opposite substrate. The TFT array substrate includes a plurality of driving electrodes formed on a passivation film and connected with the plurality of TFTs, a plurality of opposite electrodes formed on the passivation film, each of the plurality of opposite electrodes opposing the respective plurality of driving electrodes, and a plurality of common lines configured to connect each of the plurality of opposite electrodes with each of a plurality of pixels. The TFT array substrate provided with a light shielding formed in such a manner as to superpose one signal line of the plurality of signal lines and one opposite electrode of the plurality of opposite electrodes.

摘要： Control commands are sent from communication stations (A, B) to devices (D to F), such as a VTR, connected to a communication station (C) via radio networks (NW) provided between the communication stations (A, B) and the communication station (C), thereby controlling the devices (D to F). As a result, video signals outputted from the devices (D to F) via analog wirings (W) are sent from the communication station (C) to the communication stations (A, B) so that videos based on the video signals are displayed in display devices (A11, B11) via the communication stations (A, B).
