    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (A) polypropylene-based resin selected from the group consisting of a propylene homopolymer, an ethylene-propylene block copolymer composed of a propylene homopolymer portion and ethylene-propylene random copolymer portion having an intrinsic viscosity measured in tetralin at 135° C. of 1.0 or more and less than 8.0 dl/g and a mixture thereof, of 35 to 85 wt %; (B) elastomer of 10 to 35 wt %; (C) inorganic filler of 2 to 30 wt %; and (D) resin of 0.1 wt % or more and less than 5 wt %, wherein (1) the melt tension of (D) at 190° C. and a winding rate of 15.7 m/min. is 0.1 N or more, (2) the swelling ratio of (D) at 220° C., an L/D ratio of an orifice of 40 and a shear rate of 1.2×103 sec−1 is 1.8 or more, and (3) the time required until the ratio (G(t)/G(0.02)) of the relaxation modulus G(t) at 210° C. to that G(0.02) in a time of 0.02 sec. reaches 0.01, of (D) is 10 sec. or more.

    摘要: A polypropylene-based resin composition comprising: (1) 95 to 50% by weight of a polypropylene-based resin (A) of a mixture of the following (i) and (ii); (i) a crystalline propylene-ethylene block copolymer comprising a propylene homopolymer portion as a first segment and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer as a second segment, said propylene-ethylene block copolymer having a melt flow rate at 230° C. measured according to JIS-K-6758 of not less than 25 g/10 min., and (ii) a crystalline propylene homopolymer having a melt flow rate at 230° C. measured according to JIS-K-6758 of not less than 70 g/10 min.; (2) 5 to 20% by weight of at least one rubber (B) selected from the following rubbers (a) and (b); (a) an ethylene-&agr;-olefin copolymer rubber, (b) an alkenyl aromatic compound-containing rubber; and (3) 0 to 30% by weight of talc (C) having an average particle diameter of not more than 3 &mgr;m, the total amount of (A), (B) and (C) being 100% by weight, wherein said polypropylene-based resin composition satisfies the following expression: 0.05≦{(A)′/[(A)′+(a′)+(b′)]}≦0.20 in which (A)′ represents an amount of the second segment in the polypropylene-based resin composition, (a′) represents an amount of the ethylene-&agr;-olefin copolymer rubber in the polypropylene-based resin composition, and (b′) represents an amount of the alkenyl aromatic compound-containing rubber in the polypropylene-based resin composition, and wherein the melt flow rate at 230° C. measured according to JIS-K-6758 of said polypropylene-based resin composition is not less than 35 g/ 10 min. and the flexural modulus at 23° C. is not less than 8000 kg/cm2.

    摘要: A thermoplastic composition which is obtained by melt-kneading (1) 55 to 75 wt. % crystalline polypropylene resin together with (2) 10 to 30 wt. % elastomer comprising either a rubber containing a vinyl aromatic compound or a mixture thereof with an ethylene/&agr;-olefin random copolymer rubber and (3) 15 to 25 wt. % talc having an average particle diameter of 3 &mgr;m or smaller. The composition satisfies specific requirements with respect to: the long period obtained by X-ray small-angle scattering attributable to the vinyl aromatic-containing rubber in a blend obtained by melt-kneading the ingredients (1) and (2); the shape and diameter of the elastomer particles present near the polypropylene/elastomer interface in the blend; and the difference between the glass transition point of the ingredient (1) and that of the composition attributable to the crystalline polypropylene homopolymer parts. The composition has a satisfactory balance between impact resistance and rigidity and has excellent injection moldability.
