摘要： A process for the high speed production of fiber reinforced plastic moldings forms several preforms which are solidified with chopped fibers, resin powders and a binder and are held between two preheating plates. Each plate is formed of a thin metal plate and will preheat the preforms to a temperature higher than the melting point of the resin. While the preforms are held between the preheating plates, the preforms are cold-pressed in a mold maintained at a temperature lower than the melting point of the resin for simultaneous impregnation and cooling of the resin. In addition, a preforming mold is placed in a vacuum chamber and precut chopped fibers are positioned in a tank. The preforming mold is placed into the tank and an exhauster is actuated to vacuumize both the vacuum chamber and the preforming mold, thereby adsorbing the chopped fibers in the tank onto the preforming mold and forming on the surface of the preforming mold an unsolidified preform comprising the chopped fibers. Resin powders are sprayed onto the preform for adsorption. A binder is subsequently applied under reduced pressure onto the preform. After drying the preform, the chopped fibers along with the binder are solidified.

摘要： An inkjet ink is provided, which includes a pigment dispersion containing an organic dispersant, a black pigment having an average particle diameter of not more than 200 nm, and a resinous dispersing agent, the organic dispersant being formed of at least one polymerizable compound, and the black pigment being included therein at an amount ranging from 2 to 30% by weight based on the organic dispersant, and an ionic compound. A ζ-potential of the black pigment to the at least one polymerizable compound of the organic dispersant is confined within the range of −10 mV to +100 mV.

摘要： According to an embodiment of the invention, in an inkjet printer, after attaching a colorless pretreatment liquid onto plain paper, at least one ink composition capable of reacting with the pretreatment liquid is injected, thereby forming an image. The pretreatment liquid contains water, a metal salt, a fluorescent brightener and at least one butane derivative selected from the group consisting of 3-methoxy-3-methyl-1-butanol, 1,3-butylene glycol and isoprene glycol. Expansible links extend between the foot portion and the plate in an expansible/contractible manner and each have opposite ends connected to the plate and the foot portion via respective upper and lower ball joints, making respective angles thereof relative to the foot portion and the plate changeable in any direction.

摘要： There is proposed a method of curing an electromagnetic radiation-curing type liquid composition comprising a solvent polymerizable in the presence of an acid, and a photo-acid generating agent which is dissolved in the solvent and capable of generating the acid when irradiated with electromagnetic radiation. This method comprises forming a layer of the electromagnetic radiation-curing type liquid composition on a recording medium, and irradiating electromagnetic radiation including a wavelength which can be absorbed by the photo-acid generating agent onto the composition layer to generate the acid from the photo-acid generating agent, thereby curing the composition layer, which is characterized in that the recording medium is heated on the occasion of forming the layer of the electromagnetic radiation-curing type liquid composition in such a manner that the temperature of the recording medium is increased higher than the temperature of the electromagnetic radiation-curing type liquid composition being delivered onto the recording medium.

The water-soluble organic solvent accounts for from 30 to 80% by weight of the ink solvent, a weight of the triethylene glycol is from 0.5 to 1.5 times the weight of the glycerin, and the pigment is blended in an amount of from 2 to 20% by weight of the total weight of the ink.
