摘要: A production planning system capable of adjusting a production plan comprises a data storage unit for storing production planning information, parts list information, parts stock information and parts warehousing schedule information; a MRP (material resource plan) explosion unit for calculating the required amount of material resources based on the production plan information and the parts list information stored in the data storage unit; and a superfluous parts adjusting unit for making adjustment to eliminate superfluous parts. The superfluous parts adjusting unit includes a superfluous parts calculation section for collating the required amount of material resources calculated by the MRP explosion unit with the parts stock information and the parts warehousing schedule information thereby to calculate the superfluous parts, and a superfluous parts elimination section for eliminating superfluous parts by changing the production plan based on the superfluous parts information calculated by the superfluous parts calculation section.

摘要: A method or device for computing material requirements which calculates various parts and materials necessary for products to be produced when a production plan is input, in order to reduce the processing time for a material requirements computation. In order to establish the object, the method or device of computing material requirements is provided, which can perform a parallel process without using conventional low level codes. Parts computing means are respectively assigned to items. When the lower parts computing means receives the computation result of the upper parts computing means, it independently executes the computing process if the computation result is sufficient for the parts computation. The process rate of the material requirements computation can be improved by performing the load distribution under a fixed rule, including that to which computer the data of an item is loaded or by which computer an item is processed, when the material requirements are computed in parallel process using plural computers.

摘要: A system and method for generating disassembly, procurement and production plans dealing with recyclable parts and products are provided. Production demand information on products to be manufactured, collection schedule information on individual used products and recyclable part table on recyclable parts contained in the used products are stored in memory; recyclable part availability information is generated by referring to the collection schedule information and the recyclable part table; and by referring to the production demand information and the recyclable part availability information, a disassembly plan on the recyclable parts is created based on the production demand. Further, the production demand information and the recyclable part availability information are referenced to generate a procurement plan on parts and materials that cannot be fully supplied from available, recyclable parts alone. Based on the disassembly and procurement plans, a production plan is created.

摘要: The invention proposes a method for devising a production plan of a product to be produced through multiple production steps having different characteristics in a supply chain across multiple companies and/or multiple factories. The method divides a production step of the product into multiple production steps in advance based on a constraint to be considered when the production plan therefor is devised, defines identifiers for the multiple production steps, prestores the defined identifiers in a storage portion as step identification information, and prestores step information having at least correspondences between the production steps and items. In this case, a calculation processing portion identifies and determines production steps and order of calculations, which are involved in the production of the product, based on the shipping plan information, parts table and step information stored in the storage portion, determines which of first and second production plan calculation algorithms is to be executed based on the order of calculations and based on the step identification information stored for each production step, and calculates the production plan by using the determined algorithm.

摘要: In a production planning system, the explosion of a product to parts is performed by a specification check device and a design passage judgement device. An MRP calculation control device, a leadtime forecasting device, an MRP explosion calculation device, a work load calculation device and a data input/output device cooperate to estimate a shop load and to calculate a leadtime with a work load and a production capacity taken into consideration, thereby drawing up a production plan. A problem area analysis device analyzes a problematical area in the production plan to display it by graphics of the data input/output device. Various adjustment devices carry out the adjustment of the production plan through a graphic interface.

摘要: An electromagnetic flow meter comprises: an excitation member (5) in which a plurality of magnets (5a, 5b, 5c) are arranged spaced apart from one another along an outer circumferential surface of a flow channel (1) through which liquid metal flows, and in which a magnetic field is formed in a direction perpendicular to the outer circumferential surface of the flow channel (1); and electrodes (6a, 6b) provided between the magnets (5a, 5b, 5c) of the excitation member (5), for measuring the voltage generated when the liquid metal crosses the magnetic field. A pulse excitation electric-current supply device (7a) for supplying a pulsed excitation current to the excitation member (5) is provided, whereby a flow speed distribution can be suppressed from being generated in the circumferential direction of the channel (1) even when the flow speed of the liquid metal is low, and the flow rate can be accurately measured.

摘要: A container stock management technique in a hospital and a culture center is provided. A stock management device (1) manages both transfer (outgoing transfer) of cells sampled at the hospital to the culture center, and transfer (incoming transfer) of the cells cultured from the sampled cells at the culture center, to that hospital, with one working code. The ID of containers used individually for the outgoing transfer and the incoming transfer are made to correspond to an identical working code. The optimum transfer route including the procurement of containers is determined by examining the container stock in each of the hospital and the culture center.
