摘要: It is provided a magnetron drive power supply wherein a series connection body of first and second semiconductor switch elements that can be brought into reverse conduction and a series connection body of first and second diodes are connected in parallel, first and second capacitors are connected in parallel to the first and second diodes, a series circuit of a commercial power supply and a primary winding of a high-voltage transformer is connected between a connection point of the first and second semiconductor switch elements that can be brought into reverse conduction and a connection point of the first and second diodes, and output of a secondary winding of the high-voltage transformer energizes a magnetron through a high-voltage rectification circuit.

摘要: The present invention provides a boosting transformer for microwave oven, which is low in high-frequency loss, hardly saturated, small in size and easy to produce. The boosting transformer includes a rod-like ferrite core; and primary, secondary and heater windings wound around the rod-like ferrite core and piled up side by side in a direction of an axis of the rod-like ferrite core. It also includes a metal core formed from a long metal thin plate rolled by a plurality of times into a square-ring having one inner diameter larger than each of outer sizes of the primary, secondary and heater windings and the other inner diameter larger than a total size of the three windings piled up side by side, the metal core being arranged opposite to the rod-like ferrite core through a gap so as to be fitted toward the rod-like ferrite core from the outside of the primary, secondary and heater windings.

摘要: A Hall element (H) is arranged at an air gap of a choke coil (30). Power semiconductor elements (P1) and (P2) are attached to a heat radiation fin (61) directly by soldering. A rectangular-hollow-shaped metal core (27) is formed by winding a long metal thin plate multiple turns into a rectangular-hollow-shape and is fitted to a bar shaped ferrite core (26) from outside of the primary winding (21) and the secondary winding (22). The inner diameter of one side of the rectangular-hollow-shape core is larger than both outer diameters of the primary winding (21) and the secondary winding (22) and the inner diameter of the other side of the rectangular-hollow-shape core is larger than the height of the primary winding (21) and the secondary winding (22). The rectangular-hollow-shape (27) core is arranged such that an air gap (G) exists between the rectangular-hollow-shape core (27) and the bar shaped ferrite core (26).

摘要: An induction heating apparatus can heat aluminum pot etc. with pot vibration noise being suppressed. During a turn-on time of second switching device 57, an energy is accumulated at choke coil 54, and at the same time a resonant current with a shorter period than the turn-on time of second switching device 57 or a driving time of first switching device 55 is generated at heating coil 59, so that during turn-off of second switching device 57, i.e., during on-time of first switching device 55, the energy accumulated at choke coil 54 is transferred to second smoothing capacitor 62. And then the output power is supplied from smoothing capacitor 62 to heating coil 59, thereby reducing the pot vibration noise, which is caused by pulsating current of input voltage.

摘要: A high-frequency inverter having a simple circuit construction capable of executing a constant-frequency operation and a zero-volt switching operation and an induction heating cooker using the high-frequency inverter are disclosed. The high-frequency inverter is comprised of an inverter circuit for converting a direct current from a DC power source into a high-frequency current and a control circuit for controlling the inverter circuit. The inverter circuit is comprised of: a one-transistor inverter constructed of a heating coil whose one terminal is connected to one terminal of a DC power source, a first switching element connected in series between the other terminal of the heating coil and the other terminal of the DC power source, and a first resonance capacitor connected so as to form a resonance circuit with the heating coil; and a series circuit connected in parallel with the heating coil and constructed of a second switching element and a second resonance capacitor.

摘要: An induction heating device includes a top plate arranged to have an object placed thereon, a heating coil receiving a high-frequency current to inductively heat the object, an infrared ray sensor for outputting a signal in accordance with energy of received infrared ray, a temperature detector for detecting a temperature of the object based on the signal output from the infrared ray sensor, a heating controller for controlling the high-frequency current supplied to the heating coil based on the detected temperature, and a failure determining unit for determining whether the infrared ray sensor has a failure or not. This induction heating device can detect the failure of the infrared ray sensor, and thus stops or suppresses the heating upon detecting the failure of the infrared ray sensor.
