    摘要: A high frequency heating apparatus including a circuit for driving a magnetron. A circuit comprises a leakage transformer, a second capacitor connected in series to primary coil of said leakage transformer, a second switching device connected in parallel with a series circuit of said primary coil and second capacitor, a first capacitor connected in parallel with said second switching device, and a first switching device connected in series to said second switching device. Under a structure of the present invention, the switching device and the leakage transformer, both being the key components of the circuit, may respectively be used in common either on a circuit of 200V-240V commercial power supply or on a circuit of 100V-120V commercial power supply. This enables volume production of the key components, which leads to a benefit of reduced cost of the components as well as the cost of heating apparatus.

    摘要: A switching device is employed in a power supply for driving a magnetron with lower withstand voltage and better controllability. A high frequency heating apparatus comprises a power supply, a leakage transformer connected to the power supply, a first switching device connected in series to a primary coil side of the leakage transformer, a first capacitor, a series circuit of a second capacitor and a second switching device, a driving circuit having an oscillator for driving the first switching device and the second switching device, a rectifier connected to a secondary coil side of the leakage transformer, and a magnetron connected to the rectifier. With this configuration, voltage applied to the first switching device can be clamped, and at the same time, the OFF time can be freely adjustable by the effect of the second capacitor and the second semiconductor switching device.

    摘要: An induction heating apparatus can heat aluminum pot etc. with pot vibration noise being suppressed. During a turn-on time of second switching device 57, an energy is accumulated at choke coil 54, and at the same time a resonant current with a shorter period than the turn-on time of second switching device 57 or a driving time of first switching device 55 is generated at heating coil 59, so that during turn-off of second switching device 57, i.e., during on-time of first switching device 55, the energy accumulated at choke coil 54 is transferred to second smoothing capacitor 62. And then the output power is supplied from smoothing capacitor 62 to heating coil 59, thereby reducing the pot vibration noise, which is caused by pulsating current of input voltage.

    摘要: A high-frequency inverter having a simple circuit construction capable of executing a constant-frequency operation and a zero-volt switching operation and an induction heating cooker using the high-frequency inverter are disclosed. The high-frequency inverter is comprised of an inverter circuit for converting a direct current from a DC power source into a high-frequency current and a control circuit for controlling the inverter circuit. The inverter circuit is comprised of: a one-transistor inverter constructed of a heating coil whose one terminal is connected to one terminal of a DC power source, a first switching element connected in series between the other terminal of the heating coil and the other terminal of the DC power source, and a first resonance capacitor connected so as to form a resonance circuit with the heating coil; and a series circuit connected in parallel with the heating coil and constructed of a second switching element and a second resonance capacitor.

    摘要: A heat-resistant flame-retardant protective suit fabric of the present invention is formed of a uniform blended spun yarn including 25 to 75 mass % of polyetherimide fiber, 20 to 50 mass % of at least one fiber selected from wool and flame-retardant rayon, and 5 to 25 mass % of para-aramid fiber when the spun yarn is 100 mass %. The fabric experiences no heat shrinkage when exposed to a heat flux at 80 kW/m2 ±5% for 3 seconds in accordance with ISO 9151 Determination of Heat Transmission on Exposure to Flame. And the char length is not more than 10 cm in the longitudinal and horizontal directions in the flammability test specified in JIS L 1091A-4. Thereby, the present invention provides a protective suit fabric that provides comfort in wearing even if the suit is worn in the hot seasons or even if the wearer perspires during exertion. The fabric has high heat resistance and high flame retardance, favorable dye affinity, and the fabric can be produced at a low cost. The present invention provides also a spun yarn used for the fabric.
