    摘要: A semi-transparent time division multiplexer/demultiplexer that transmits low rate tributaries from one location to another using a high rate aggregate connection, while preserving substantially all of the TOH and payload for each tributary signal. Transparency of the tributary TOH is accomplished by interleaving both the TOH and the Payload of each tributary into the high rate aggregate signal. Some TOH bytes may be tunneled or re-mapped into unused/undefined TOH locations in the aggregate signal to allow transparency of the TOH without corrupting the aggregate. Errors may be handled by tunneling BIP bytes into unused/undefined aggregate locations and updating the tunneled bytes with error masks calculated at each network elements. Alternatively errors may be forwarded by using an error mask generated from the tributary BIP locations and inserting the mask into the associated aggregate BIP locations. The mask in the aggregate BIP is updated with error masks calculated at each network elements. Re-timing of TOH to a synchronized clock in the tributary framer circuits can be accomplished using controlled slips of overhead frames, whereby an entire frame is dropped or added depending on the relationship of the received clock and the synchronized clock. DCC bytes may be re-timed by adding or deleting flag bytes occurring between respective DCC packets. Re-timing of the aggregate TOH to a transmit clock may be accomplished in a similar manner.

    摘要: A system for automatically generating a schematic user interface of an electrical system is disclosed. The system includes a data acquisition component, a power analytics server and a client terminal. The data acquisition component acquires real-time data output from the electrical system. The power analytics server is comprised of a virtual system modeling engine, an analytics engine, a machine learning engine and a schematic user interface creator engine. The virtual system modeling engine generates predicted data output for the electrical system. The analytics engine monitors real-time data output and predicted data output of the electrical system. The machine learning engine stores and processes patterns observed from the real-time data output and the predicted data output to forecast an aspect of the electrical system. The schematic user interface creator engine is configured to create a schematic user interface that is representative of the virtual system model and link the schematic user interface to the data acquisition component.

    摘要: Methods for deoxidizing metallic surfaces are disclosed. Such a method may include contacting a surface of a metal strip with one or more chemical solutions until a potential drop across a thickness of the metal strip is less than a pre-selected value. To process a metal strip such that it may be suitable for fabrication of a bipolar plate for use in a fuel cell, the metal strip may be processed until the potential drop is less then about 15 mV. A surface of the metal strip may be contacted for a first period of time with a first chemical solution having a pH of between 10 and 14. Thereafter, the surface may be contacted for a second period of time with a second chemical solution having a pH of between 1 and 3. A conductive organic coating may then be applied to the surface. Such methods are particularly suitable for use in connection with a coil coating process.

    摘要: Systems and methods for real-time modeling of a microgrid. In an embodiment, real-time data is acquired from a microgrid. Predicted data for the microgrid is generated using a first virtual system model of the microgrid, which comprises a virtual representation of energy sources within the microgrid. The real-time data and the predicted data are monitored, and a calibration and synchronization operation is initiated to update the first virtual system model in real-time when a difference between the real-time data and the predicted data exceeds a threshold. Parameters of the first virtual system model can be modified to create a second virtual system model, and aspects can be forecasted for the microgrid operating under the modified parameters of the second virtual system model. In a further embodiment, market price information can be received, and optimization solutions can be generated based on the market price information.
