    摘要: The present invention is related to transmitting quality of service (QoS) information of a target base station for admitting service flows during a handover operation. The invention comprises providing a service to a mobile station from a serving base station and receiving at the serving base station a handover request from the mobile station. The serving base station then provides a handover notification to a target base station, wherein the handover notification comprises a QoS parameter associated with the service. The serving base station then receives from the target base station a handover notification response, wherein the handover notification response comprises service level prediction information that is determined in response to the QoS parameter associated with the service. Finally, the serving base station provides a handover response to the mobile station, the handover response comprising the service level prediction information.

    摘要: The present invention provides a low-voltage organic thin film transistor having a gate dielectric layer of ultra-thin metal oxide self-grown on a metal gate electrode by O2 plasma process. The metal gate electrode is deposited on a plastic or glass substrate. By directly oxidizing the gate electrode by using O2 plasma process, the gate dielectric layer of metal oxide is formed with a thickness of several nanometers on the gate electrode. The organic semiconductor layer is deposited on the gate dielectric layer, and source/drain electrodes are formed on the organic semiconductor layer. Before the organic semiconductor layer is formed, an organic molecular monolayer may be formed on the gate dielectric layer by using molecular self-assembly technique. The gate dielectric layer may be formed at room temperature to about 100° C.

The method also includes receiving from the base station a paging command comprising an action code associated with performing ranging while the mobile subscriber station is in the idle-mode to verify availability of the mobile subscriber station with respect to the base station, wherein if the ranging is not successfully performed with the base station during a predetermined period, the base station continues to transmit the paging command until a paging retrial count reaches a predetermined threshold.
