    摘要: A cross-sectionally substantially-semicircular portion of an edge portion adapted to connect an outer periphery of a diaphragm to a speaker frame is configured to have an uneven-thickness structure in which the thickness of the portion gradually decreases toward a sticking portion of an outer peripheral portion of the speaker frame from a sticking portion of the outer periphery of the diaphragm. Thus, the propagation characteristic of vibrations generated on the edge portion is improved. Disturbance is prevented from occurring in an mid-range frequency characteristic due to inverse resonance caused by the edge portion.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to use a simplified structure to improve a strength of a neck portion of a conical diaphragm in the vicinity of a voice coil fixing section, thereby inhibiting an undesired dividing vibration in a speaker device. The speaker device of the present invention comprises: a generally conical diaphragm having an opening formed in a generally central position thereof; a voice coil bobbin fixed in the inner circumferential portion of the foregoing opening of the diaphragm; and a diaphragm reinforcing annular member disposed near a fixing section fixing together the diaphragm and the voice coil bobbin. The annular member includes, in the form of an integrally formed body, a diaphragm reinforcing portion having an inclined surface which contacts an inclined surface of the diaphragm close to the inner circumferential portion thereof and is fixed to the inclined surface of the diaphragm by virtue of an adhesive agent, and a cylindrical portion having a liquid holding portion which is formed between the voice coil bobbin and the annular member and is filled with the adhesive agent.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved speaker device equipped with a long plate, capable of realizing a high flux density within the magnetic gap without forming any un-useful space. The speaker device has a magnetic circuit including a yoke integrally formed with a center pole and a bottom yoke; an annular magnet; and an annular top plate. A voice coil wound around a voice coil bobbin fixed with a diaphragm is freely vibratably supported in the axial direction of the center pole within the magnetic gap g formed between the center pole and the yoke. Moreover, the speaker device has a first magnet having a first inner diameter and disposed on the bottom yoke, and a second magnet having a second inner diameter larger than the first inner diameter and disposed on the first magnet. The top plate has a radial direction rectangular section portion, and a cylindrical bent portion facing between the inner circumferential surface of the second magnet and the center pole.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a diaphragm for use in an electroacoustic transducer in a multi-layer structure which includes a first diaphragm layer of synthetic resin molded in a predetermined shape by injection molding and a second diaphragm layer layered in intimate contact on the first diaphragm layer and made of substance different from the first diaphragm layer, includes executing successively a pre-molding step and an injection-molding step, thereby providing the multi-layer structure. The pre-molding step includes attaching a non-molded sheet-like material which is a raw material of the second diaphragm layer to a mating surface of one of the die part of an injection molding die, and closing thereafter the injection molding die to give the sheet-like material a predetermined diaphragm shape. The injection molding step includes injecting synthetic resin material constituting the first diaphragm layer into the injection molding die thus closed thereby to form the first diaphragm layer.
