摘要: A CFRP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to or a CFRTP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to is prepared by joining an Al alloy sheet with a CFRP material or a CFRTP material by adhesion or by injection molding. The surface of this Al alloy sheet and a surface of metal material such as Ti, etc., are subjected to chemical treatment. After this chemical treatment, the CFRP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to or the CFRTP material with an Al alloy sheet attached to and the metal material are inserted into a metallic mold for injection molding so as to have a gap therebetween. High crystalline thermoplastic resin is injected into this gap to join the metal material with the Al alloy sheet, thus obtaining a laminated composite.

摘要: An automated method and system for making painted vehicle body panel skins and vehicle body panels. The method includes transferring a mold having a mold surface from an entrance station to a paint station within a dispensing area. The method further includes applying paint on the mold surface to form a layer of paint on the mold surface at the paint station. The method still further includes spraying curable polyurethane elastomer on the painted surface at a spray station within the dispensing area. The paint and spray stations may be coincident. The method still further includes, after the step of spraying and while the polyurethane elastomer is uncured, transferring the mold with the paint and the uncured polyurethane elastomer from the spray station to at least one accumulator station in a curing area to allow the polyurethane elastomer to completely cure in the mold and form the skin.

摘要: A method for producing a plastic board with an upper side 1, an underside 2 and at least one edge surface 3 by an injection-molding technique, and also a corresponding plastic board are provided. In the method, a first half 6, which forms at least the upper side of the plastic board, and a second half 7, which forms at least the underside of the plastic board, are injection-molded. Then, the first half and the second half are joined together in order to form a plastic board with an upper side and an underside. The two halves being formed in such a way that at least one cavity forms between the halves when they are joined together. The two halves are fixed onto one another, preferably by molding on a connecting component 5 of plastic.

摘要: A flanged plumbing fixture having two planar fabric mortar-bondable face layers fused to opposite sides of a planar plastic core layer is made by aligning two preformed fabrics on top of each other, with connecting elements positioned between the fabrics and bonded to each of the two fabrics, positioning the connected two fabrics in a mold and centering the connected fabrics inside the mold by the connecting elements, injecting a plastic material through openings in the connecting elements, and filling the space between the two fabrics with the plastic material.

摘要: A cover member of an illuminating unit is formed of a film insert molded product, in which a film is disposed on a decorative face. The film is arranged so an end part of the film is positioned in front of an end part of the decorative face, whereby a film end protecting area formed of an exposed part of a molded resin layer is provided between the end part of the decorative face and the end part of the film, and a surface of the film end protecting area is made flush with the surface of the film. A corner between the end part of the decorative face and an end face of the molded resin layer is set to be an acute angle, and the end face of the molded resin layer functions as a contact face with respect to a ceiling trim.
