摘要： An LED lighting device includes two or more switching circuits connected between a power source and an LED (light emitting diode) unit, an inrush current limiting circuit which limits an inrush current flowing through the LED lighting device when power is turned on and a trigger circuit which generates a trigger signal of an operation/non-operation of the inrush current limiting circuit from the switching circuits. Further, the inrush current limiting circuit is set in a non-operation state when any one of the switching circuits is started first.

摘要： When an ECU applies to an igniter a plurality of pulse signals, the duty ratio of which is lower than a predetermined duty ratio, as a lock release signal, a latch circuit of a lock inhibition circuit stops applying a shut-off signal to a shut-off circuit thereby to release a lock condition of an IGBT. A drive main circuit thus restarts current supply to the IGBT. A condition detection circuit outputs to the ECU a condition signal corresponding to the current supplied while the IGBT is turned on.

摘要： An electronic ballast is capable of realizing high frequency lighting of a discharge lamp and switching between at least two lighting modes with different light outputs. The ballast includes a preheating circuit having a winding component connected in parallel with a main resonant circuit with a lamp current flowing therein for the discharge lamp. A constant preheating current for the lamp filaments is supplied from a secondary winding of the winding component during lighting of the discharge lamp and a path of a current flowing on a primary winding side of the winding component is switched by a switch according to the lighting mode.

摘要： The present invention provides a temperature measuring apparatus with favorable temperature measuring performance and a method of manufacturing the same. A temperature measuring apparatus (10) provided with a temperature sensor (11) arranged on a bottom surface of a depressed section (12c) of a semiconductor wafer (12). The semiconductor wafer (12) and temperature sensor (11) are contacted together through a first contact layer (14) and second contact layer (24). The first and second contact layers (14) and (24) are formed from the same material, concretely a metal with high heat conductivity, and formed to provide virtually even thickness in surface direction. By such first and second contact layers (14) and (24), heat is conducted from the semiconductor wafer (12) to the temperature sensor (11) favorably. Therefore, the temperature measuring apparatus (10) has favorable temperature measuring performance.
