摘要： A semiconductor device includes: source/drain regions formed in a semiconductor substrate; a trapping film for storing information by accumulating charges, the trapping film being formed in a region on the semiconductor substrate which includes a region on a channel region between the source/drain regions; and gate electrodes formed on the trapping film. A silicon nitride film containing carbon is formed by low pressure CVD using an organic material so as to cover the gate electrodes and a part of the trapping film which is located between adjacent gate electrodes.

摘要： The drag adjusting device is provided with a pin member 70 arranged on a plate-like member 80 of a reel unit 1 such that it can be attached to and detached and such that its position can be changed. The pin member 70 serves to remember a prescribed pivot position of a drag mechanism operating member 2. When an angler finds an optimum drag lever position, the angler installs the pin member 70 in a mounting recess 81 corresponding to the optimum drag lever position. In this way, the angler can easily set the drag mechanism operating member 2 to the optimum drag lever position without having to remember the drag lever position.

摘要： A car carrier truck has a truck body with a chassis and a dump frame pivotably disposed on the chassis. The dump frame includes longitudinally extending beams having top and bottom surfaces. A tilting device is connected between the chassis and the dump frame, and a load carrier platform is slidably mounted on the dump frame. The load carrier platform includes longitudinally extending main girders which have upper, lower and side surfaces. The main girders are slidably engaged with the beams of the dump frame. A slide device is connected between the dump frame and the load carrying platform for sliding the load carrying platform on the dump frame. Moving pads slidable on the beams of the dump frame are fixed to the main girders at longitudinally forward positions on the main girders. The moving pads slidably engage the beams of the dump frame.
